Unreliable output
Although there is a diagram of the outputs with different combinations plugged in, it doesn't seem to be consistent or correct. I was not able to reliably get this to properly charge my laptop at full speed. It is small and sturdy, but the power output seems to be unreliable.

After 8 months it broke.
It does charge fast but this product breaks fast too.

It's our main charger now, so it's good
There are always people in my main living room. It's 10:30 at night, and there were 6 people in there when I walked by it on the way to my office to write this review. The people that are always in my living room are always charging something. This is now the main charger. It has cables running all over the place in there. Right now, I think it's charging two cell phones and a Switch. It has been doing this for over a month without a single issue.I think my favorite feature of this is the plug. It's just a plain old NEMA 5-15. Meaning, it's the typical plug you find on everything. The reason I like that is that most of these chargers either have a plug right on the back or just have a plug that is shaped to cover up other plugs. This doesn't cover up anything. It has one LED. It's not terribly bright. I'm happy with that, because entirely too many chargers have obnoxious LEDs all over them that light up a room at night. It does get a bit warm, but I've been completely ignoring that and it has been fine. I can't monitor it 24/7 when people are using it nearly 24/7. Thus far, that hasn't mattered, but we'll see if it stays that way.

Doesn't do what it says...
It cannot charge through the USB-C ports as its specifies. The unit specification says that it'll charge 100 watts through the first port, simultaneously charge 60 through the second port and 45 through the third. That has not been my experience.I plugged in my MSI 16-in laptop to the first port and measured 65 watts approximately, then plugged in my Samsung S23 Ultra, and on the third port my Samsung S22 Ultra. Both these phones charge at 45 watts PPS, and only the first phone on the second port actually charged at 45 watts. The second phone on the third port, only charged a 25 watts, and no matter which way I plug these units in I end up with the same results. I cannot charge two phones at 45 watts PPS and a laptop at 65 watts simultaneously.I have other desktop charging stations which are 200 watt and are substantially less money, and they don't do anything less or more than this unit does. I see no reason to spend more money to get something that doesn't work as specified. It's a nice looking unit, and solid, but I have another unit which is identical and it's rated at 200 watts, so it makes me suspicious as to whether this thing can really put at 245 watts. It did not during testing, as I noted above.

NOT as advertised
I don't want to completely trash this unit but simply put - it does NOT deliver as advertised.I have a Dell XPS 17 - Model 9720 specifically. This lappy has 4 USB-C thunderbolt 4 ports. All claim PD (power delivery). Regardless of which port you are plugged into AND regardless of which USB-C port 1, 2, or 3 from the I-TIKOL unit (with nothing else plugged in) - NONE of them deliver more than 45-60W of power to charge the XPS.You get nothing but "slow charge" and "weak charging state" errors and system tray alerts. I've now tested with using the included cable rated at 100W and others (known/tested) over 100W+ with other devices/chargers so I know its the I-TIKOL unit itself that is the problem.Missed the return window before I discovered this issue. Maybe I have a defective unit, but a very disappointing purchase for sure.
