Mia and me - Die Legende von Centopia (German Edition) Hardcover – October 1, 2015

First - this book is a "Field Guide" to Centopia and the show "Mia & Me". It is not just the oracles and pictures as seen in the movie. The book itself is beautiful and the illustrations are taken straight from the movie and are also beautiful - definitely worth the price tag. The book is written in German so I've been brushing up on my high school German to read it with my daughter - Unicorn not being a word you learn in high school we are also using a german to english translation site. She loves the book and will spend an hour looking through it waiting for me to have time to read it. I would recommend this book if you're daughter is a an of the Mia and Me tv shows. It's a great book but it's hard to get and a bit expensive as the only copy available is in German. We love it and I'm glad I bought it for her.

I ordered this thinking it would be written in Elfin Rune with just brown and white images, as it appears on the Mia and Me show.But, was very pleasantly surprised to find that it's a beautifully illustrated book of stories about Centopia and Mia's adventures there. It also includes a list of all the episodes.Oh, and... it's in German, so you'll either need to be able to read German or have a working memory of all Mia and Me episodes so you can narrate the stories instead of reading the text, and, let's be honest, if you're actually ordering this book you've probably been made to sit through so many of these episodes that you know the dialogue already anyways.This is THE perfect book for a Mia and Me fan!

My daughter is a huge fan of the show. She was more than excited to receive this on Christmas. The pictures and everything are just like on the show which she really enjoyed. I just wish there was a copy of it in english. The German version is cool though. I took some German in college so I'm able to translate some of it for her, but the pictures alone are good enough to buy even if you don't know any German.

The quality of the book is very good, beautiful illustrations! Before purchasing I read the reviews and knew this book is in German, I used google translator app and able to take a pic to translate so I can read to my daughters!!

Hopefully will come in more language. And other mia and me toys and dolls become available.

This book is written in German, however the illustrations are really great. And if you watch the show you know what is going on in the illustrations. My daughter loves it

they know the story, so there is no problem text is German, because they are taken with the beautiful drawings.

It’s in German!!! But the illustrations are beautiful and if you’ve watched the show, you can figure out the stories. My daughter loves it! And her name is Mia, too!
