Wonderful product my dad loved it

In simple words, this is the worst phone I ever bought in my life. (Please don't buy this phone if you don't want to end up with a lot of headaches and frustration like me.)The first piece I received had a battery flaw (quick battery draining problem; it took 2 hours to charge just 10% but, drain the same amount within a 10-15 minute call); hence, I asked for the replacement of the model (sadly, Amezon doesn't provide a return option for the first one, I believe they are aware of the quality of this phone). After 2nd bad replacement model they finally gave me option to return the phone. Thank god!!!Another annoying thing is that we can't use the JIO phone recharge plans (cheap ones) on this phone. While making calls with the jio phone recharge option, it says you have to recharge your phone with smartphone plan to make calls. (I should have known about this, so I wouldn't have bought it in the first place.)Now, after using it for 10 days, we noticed that it gets frozen randomly anytime, and we need to restart it to make it work again (when it's hung, we even do not receive incoming calls). This happens at least 3–4 times a day. I'm not sure what quality of firmware is used in it.I even updated the firmware, thinking that it might start working well, but, still no luck.some more cons:1) Can't do whatsapp calling or video calling2) I even feel that using the WhatsApp app on such a phone for chatting is also a bad idea (it takes so much time to type a simple message using the keypad).3) For the price of 2600, it's even not up to the mark of a simple feature phone.4) The phone's UI is also very difficult to understand and navigate for senior citizens.5) Unable to setup the quick dial option with number keys6) It keeps throwing random error messages (mostly related to software).Pros: there are no pros as such; you can use YouTube and other OTT apps like Hotstar, Zee5, etc.Dont have option to give zero stars so I gave 1 to put my honest opinion for others.My humble request to phone makers (Jio) that, please don't fool us by selling such low-quality products at this price range.

Best choice budget friendly phone, superb quality according price, so I given my review according it's price.Good looks, but build quality should be better, plastic feel, if coated by silicon that will be superb.A mini smart phone it's have all the apps which smartphone users use regularly. The best part of this phone is it's headphone sound/ blutooth device sound, High res audio out put Some songs are playing better than DOLBY! You can use it as a portable Mp3 player. But inbuilt speaker is pathetic.You can set your choosen image as wallpaper and also set any song as ringtone, but you can't change notification tone.Only given 0.5A Adapter, I don't know what will happen if we charge it with 1A OR 2A CHARGER so the charging speed is very slow like a snail.But overall the nailed.Quality score card given below.LOOKS:-7/10BUILT QUALITY :-6/10BATTERY :-8/10KEYPAD:-8/10DISPLAY :-6/10SOUND IN INBUILT SPEAKER:-4/10SOUND IN HEADPHONE/BT SPEAKER:-10/10RING VOLUME:-4/10CAMERA:-5/10ONE YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY!Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Jio saavan, jio tv, jio cinema, UPI, PDF VIEWER, HOTSTAR, ZEE5, MP3 PLAYER, CAMERA, TORCH, WI-FI (NO HOTSPOT), VIDEO CALL, BLUTOOTH, 3.5 MM JACK, ETC No one can give this type of facility in this price range, So blindly go for it.

Worst productKeypad problem occurs in just 4months and battery getting swollen only 6to 08 months.We are very dissapointed.Please tell me what I do...

Works well battery is good cant use this as hotspot , hangs a bit , screen freezes , whatsapp doesn't work , rest is pretty decent, works well for a parallel phone

This phone bettey not working

Bought the phone on 9th July for my aunt so that she can use WhatsApp since she can't handle smartphones. However, as the sim got activated Whatsapp app in the phone showed, 'Something went wrong' and didn't open at all. After connecting with Jio, came to know that people who are registered to Jio Prima after 2nd July 2024 cannot use Whatsapp services.Overall the phone looks sturdy and good and if you want to use other services.
