This contraption was awful. It didn’t come w/ any instructions on how to put it together. It said to boil it to fit your mouth, but this thing did not soften at all. Further more it was WAY too big for my mouth, it made me gag and as you can see from the photos I couldn’t even close my lips. Also there are NO REFUNDS! This is a scam. Do yourself a favor and go to a sleep apnea dental specialist that will customize a dental appliance for you.

First, it isnt actually wide enough for an adult mouth. Second, it’s not a soft silicone but rather a harder more plastic like material. Third, there is no comfortable position.The top vs bottom isn't labeled, and the device doesn't match the photo. Instructions are useless as is the product.

This product is NOT returnable! This feels bulky in your mouth. Even after doing the boiling water and imprints, still feels uncomfortable. Also does not come with detailed instructions. Reviews are from another product as well so the rating for this is not correct. Save yourself the money and buy a better one

The item came with very limited instruction. My tongue did not fit between and I have small mouth. Company accept return when its a simple bit of plastic which probably costs pennies to manufactute but I paid 49.99. I despetately needed a device because I cant use my cpap due to a throat issue. Now out the money and still in need of something that can help.

I have sleep apnea and have used a mouth guard provided by a dentist for the past five years. It works great for me and is 10X better than a CPAP machine. The problem is that the devices cost ~$1500 and can be difficult to get your insurance to cover.I bought this product hoping to acquire an emergency back up device in the event that I lose or break the one provided by my dentist. Admittedly, I had low expectations that a $50 product could be an adequate stand in for a $1500 one, but I wanted to at least try.This device is actually pretty comfortable and with some trial and error I got it to fit comfortably in my mouth. I went to bed with high hopes. Unfortunately I did not sleep well and will not be using the device again.My first complaint is that the instructions for preparing the device for first use are TERRIBLE. These devices need some explanation to get a good fit and the manufacturer provides the absolute bare minimum. There is no instruction sheet in the box, no link to a YouTube video..just some tiny font printed on the outside of the box with minimal detail. That's it. I had to figure it out on my own.Second, molding it to your mouth takes a few tries. Really I would have liked to have received two devices, with a spare for when I messed up the first one. Kind of like a screen protector for your phone. You almost always receive more than one in the box because half the time you cannot install it properly on the first try.My third and biggest issue is that the device does not stay in place when you sleep. I sleep on my back and my chin opens and slides back toward my throat, closing off my airway. Well, while this mouth piece fit well in my mouth, I kept waking up throughout the night because it would come dislodged from my teeth. I'm not sure what causes this but I suspect that the device isn't big enough to cover your back teeth adequately thus locking the device into place. I say this from years of experience with the device provided by my dentist.This product is almost awesome. It seems like it could almost replace the $1500 device provided by my dentist, but instead, it keeps falling out of place and waking you up. A tweak to the design might possibly make this an amazing product and a five star review. In its current form I give it 2 stars for a close try, but doesn't get the job done.

The actually mouth piece is so small. Even the boil and bite custom fit doesn’t work well because the mouth piece is so small. I’ve used it for the last week and recorded my sleep schedule and the snoring did not stop at all. It just sounds lighter because your mouth is being blocked by the mouth guard. This is not a good anti snoring solution.

This is the only product I have tried that works!
