Get it, your body will thank you!
I loved my office set up and my desk wasn't something I wanted to replace at this time. Still, the ergonomics were somewhat undesirable and I wanted something that would allow me to keep my current set up and enable me to work both in sitting and standing positions. After hours of research, I took a chance on this particular unit because it is good looking, looks sturdy, appears easily adjustable, seems reasonably priced, and is on Amazon prime. I also went ahead and purchased the recommended EZM dual monitor mount (002-0007).I have to say I now have the most amazing set up and am glad I made the decision to purchase these items. The monitor mount and adjustable workstation work really well together. Everything I thought from my initial assessment was true and I was not disappointed.Added bonus: my discomforts from long days at my computer have been alleviated by the new positive change in my working environment. I am so glad I purchased these items!

Good, but limited
Why is it so hard to find arm keyboard trays? I bought this from Amazon to return it if necessary, but I think I'll keep it. It barely fits my Saitek II.Pros: - Very easy to install. - Very easy to use: Pull, push, turn. - Nice Mousepad. - Clamp anywhere, with option to wall mountCons: - Tray is not adjustable downwards in height, only upwards. You can tilt it downwards, but the keyboard can never be set lower than the surface of the table it is clamped on. - Tray is a tad small. - Monitor arm is too close and unadjustable. I don't even see how it's usable with a 19", let alone a 24". - Wrist pad is just a bit too thin; or, it doesn't cover the metal edge for your wrists. I think I'm going to use some thin cardboard to put underneath it, but if you have your own wrist pads by all means try them. My Fellows one was a bit too thick. - Tray is bit bouncy for heavy typing.Overall if I had the room and the right table, I'd definitely buy a more standard keyboard tray with adjustable height,

I used these in server closests with great success. One of my rooms I had already ...
Many of the previous reviewers say that the item is intended to be anchored to masonry and the included hardware is just for that. I used these in server closests with great success. One of my rooms I had already had the whole wall plywooded for communication equipment and in the other rooms I just went to the hardware store and purchased 2 foot by 2 foot ¾ inch plywood. I then glued those to the wall with liquid nails and secured with four anchor bolts (the winged type). I also replaced the bolts that came with the units for the same size but ones with threads that go all the way up the neck of the bolt. That way when I bolted them to the plywood the bolts hold tight. The included bolts threading stops about half an inch from the bolt head and would have wiggled out. So I had to spend around 12 dollars more per unit to securely attach to non-masonry walls, well worth it. These units are a great price and very sturdy. Do yourself a favor and make sure you think about this before you buy. I would not try to anchor these units to just dry wall but if you take the time to install them in either masonry or thick plywood you will be happy.

it's not that bad. It's a good
It works well for my purposes. I would have preferred that the monitor and keyboard be part of the same level adjustment, to maintain the same setup, but they are on individual swivel points. Sometimes, that means the keyboard and monitor don't directly line up. After you get used to it, it's not that bad. It's a good, solid mount that will adapt to many different angles. I use mine in an x-ray room and it is nice to be able to move the arm in/out feeling that all movements are solid.

Solid design - but poor manufacturing quality
This product is solid when the main pivot joints are tightened securely. However, beware that poor weld quality on the main arm parts may produce hinge axes that are not parallel to each other, resulting in an unacceptable tilt in the keyboard tray from one position to another (as was the case for the unit I received). The weld that joins the lower arm to its main pivot hinge on my unit is misaligned such that the arm is off perpendicular by about 2 degrees, which creates an unworkable angular tilt of the keyboard tray throughout the range of motion. So while the design more than adequately supports the weight of my monitor, remaining rigid even when fully extended (once the main pivot joints are tightened), unfortunately the keyboard tray tilts significantly from one position to another. After much email dialog with detailed description, measurements, and photos, EZM customer support concluded they would not send me a replacement for the defective part, but instead advised that my only option was to return the entire unit through Amazon. This was disappointing considering that most people don't want to dismount, disassemble, pack up, and ship back a fixture they have permanently mounted in their home, and then hope that the next one sent won't have the same or similar defect. My solution was to cut and re-weld the arm such that it is perpendicular to its pivot hinge. The unit now functions as intended. However, I suspect most either don't have the equipment or just don't want to attempt to fix the unit themselves.Bottom line is that the product's design appears to be sound, but manufacturing quality may be inconsistent. Further, in my case the supplier was not willing to address or resolve my issue, and I had to deal with it myself.

Good, but beware of mounting surface
First, it's built like a battleship. It's sturdy, and would provide a lifetime of service. But being sturdy also means it's heavy. The instructions and accompanying fasteners indicate that it's for mounting onto a concrete or cinder block wall. That's what they invisioned, because there was no mention of mounting it to, say, a Sheetrock wall. There are six or eight screw holes in the mount flange, and I don't think it could support the unit. You could lag screw two of the places, but you'd be asking a lot of the two lags. I wished in the description, it would have stated "Reccomended for concrete or block wall mounting". I would have purchased someting else.
