Lucky to get 3 stars...
Performed well and I had no complaints up to the point it went into a read only state and exhibited random but differing upon each run read errors, this was after only three years of light use. Memory cards should last five years and longer under normal use and, touch wood, I've not had any problems with the other memory cards I own.Now going into a red only state (seems to be occurring more often nowadays apparently) is good in terms of being able to get a lot of your data off the card onto some other storage but not great if you want to get a replacement under warranty, let me explain...I contacted Transcend and they would only issue a replacement after receiving the complete faulty memory card and having tested it (company policy apparently). Now I don't know about you but I value my personal data, especially sensitive things like account usernames and passwords etcetera which, given the fault, I was unable to erase from the memory card. I also know that three years ago SanDisk were advising those with concerns to photograph the card alongside a current newspaper, destroy the card, photograph the card again alongside the newspaper and then return the pieces of memory card and photos to them and they would issue a replacement. This method assures the manufacturer a faulty memory card was destroyed (I mean what idiot would destroy a working memory card just to get another working memory card!) and also assures the owner that their data is protected.Given Transcend's company policy I was effectively left without ANY warranty and a useless memory card.So in summary I would give it 5 stars before the failure, 1 star after the failure because of finding that effectively there was no warranty and a generous 3 star overall mainly because when the card failed most of the data was still readable and able to be recovered.

Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service, Worthless Warranty
Be aware if buying @transcenduk products. Firstly, they are poor quality. We were seduced by the "lifetime warranty" on our memory cards - but two have failed now with the same fault - data cannot be wiped. A quick Google confirms this to be a common issue with Transcend cards. Then secondly, the aforementioned warranty won't be honoured unless you're prepared to give access to all your data in the event that memory can't be erased. Your card and all data stuck on it will be sent to Taiwan. Customer Service don't seem to think there's anything unreasonable in this. Were unconcerned, unapologetic and unhelpful. Will not offer any solutions for wiping the data in a manner acceptable to them, or accept if damaged to protect data - we even offered to video the destruction as proof.Poor quality products, poor service. I'll be going back to SanDisk - have never once had one of their products fail.

After just over 1 year of use I now have 2 perfectly good READ ONLY micro SD cards - NOT happy!
Had 2 of these cards failing in the same way after just over 1 year of use: they simple became read-only. One was in use on a Transcend dash cam and the other on a Android mobile phone. The mobile phone one made the phone crash - as soon as I took the card out the phone was back to normal. Card is readable on a PC but can't format or delete data. The dash cam one was only noticed as I wanted to see some footage but all that was on the card was over 2 months old - the camera never complained that the card wasn't writeable (which doesn't bode well for the camera - it should complain of the fact).I will now contact Transcend for a refund / replacement (after reading other reviews I would pretty much prefer a refund - can't trust these cards on a Transcend dash cam).

Good memory chip, easily fast enough for basic tablets, phones and cameras
This 64GB class 10 micro SDXC x400 chip from Transcend is ideal for the normal tablets and phones which can use the high data transfer speeds, and are always short of storage for all those pictures and Apps. For something faster however, buy an SDXC with Extreme speed ratings. It also works well with most of the modern miniature cameras such as the Go-Pro 3 or a Mobius .Earlier devices might not be able to benefit from the XC interface speed so it might be worth checking to make sure what compatibility the device has. Earlier versions of Windows might also have a problem because the chip is supplied with exFAT formatting for about 59GB actual space, but it can be reformatted to NTFS etc if required. See the SDXC Wiki entry for more detail. When handling the chips we are very careful to avoid zapping them with static (ESD), and always keep the unplugged chip in a protective case like the one it was originally supplied in. (We have more SDHC/XC cases than loose chips.)Each of our set of four came with an adaptor for the normal size, but we have not used the adaptors except during speed testing in the PC. H2TestW indicated that the slowest write speed was 28.3MB/s and the slowest read speed was 60.8MB/s. The chips have a capacity of 63,953,698,816 bytes less 348KB for the exFAT formatting, giving a usable 63,953,305,600 bytes or 59.5GB.

Avoid these cards at all costs.
I'm writing this review after buying the card in 2015, it is now 2018 and the card has failed on me. 64gb card, couldn't erase or write on the card, Transcend far from helpful. Waste of time. avoid at all cost, I've used Samsung and SanDisk before and not 1 has failed on me.Wanted me to hand over the card inc all the data stuck on the card to be sent to far east, I DON'T THINK SO. Wouldn't offer any other solution.
