Great
I’m a Register Respiratory Therapist, I bought this for my mother in law. She suffers from bronchitis and is difficult for to clear her secretion and mobilize them so this is a great exercise for your longs. The functionality is great since it helped her cough up all the secretions. I love how you can change the level of vibration accordingly with weights instead of the standard levels in other acapella

Breathing Exercise Device
We liked how it is easy to use & it has a carrying case but the metal balls are not secure in the case especially the big metal ball. I dropped my case & thankfully it did not break but the metal balls rolled under a chair. We still gave it 5 stars but feel the metal balls need to be more secure.

This Is NOT An Effective Respiratory Trainer Device. It Is An Excellent Phlegm Remover
This is erroneously represented in the video and description as a respiratory training device to strengthen inhalation/exhalation ability. It is nearly useless for strengthening exhalation and purely impossible for strengthening inhalation. The mechanics of the device do not allow it. There are several training devices available from Amazon that DO work for this. I personally use an UltraBreathe which is inexplicably more expensive than this device but it DOES work as a trainer. Having said that I want to be clear and say that I would give this device 5 stars as a lung clearing device for removing phlegm. It is superb in this function and when used in conjunction with a Portex Acapella device they provide superior results for lung clearing but to market this as a lung 'trainer' is just wrong, if not intentionally misleading. Hence 3 stars.

Bokang breathing trainer
I have just been using about a week but I feel it is helping bring up phlegm almost immediately after use..I suffer from vocal cord dysfunction and gerd, so have daily need for this, and refused to buy the ones for $75, so far I think it's helping! One tip, be sure small white filter is dry inside, or won't make vibration as should.

Really helps to mobilize mucous out of the lungd
I like being able to store this breathing device in the box to help keep it clean. Also, having 3 different weighted balls for different breathing capacities which could include children, an adult or an elderly person who may not be as strong with their breathing. Also, you may use an easier (smaller) ball if you had Alott of congestion but as you get stronger or less mucous, you could advance your resistance but changing the size of the ball.

Not good for me!
It made my jaw and teeth hurt the next day.
