This part and an additional sensor fixed the issue!!
This item is exactly how it described. Had to replace this in my Samsung washer WF45H5000AW/A2 model. A gentleman mentioned that he had to replace DC31-00098A item which is motor direction sensor, I had to do the exactly same. I bought 19mm with a wrench (big handle) and had to open the round plate, then opened the motor assembly and replaced the sensor. While opening the main bolt which holds the motor assembly, it took a lot of hammer on the 19mm wrench which I did put a lots of efforts to open the bolt behind the motor. Finally, I was able to fix myself in below 100 including the sensor mentioned here. Hope your issues are fixed and washer will be up and running in no time! Sharing some photos may help!

This board saved me $340, and my sanity.
Received in less than 24 hours and worked perfectly! My Samsung washer wouldn’t spin and showed a 3E error, we were quoted $400 to fix it. Instead, I bought this board and watched a very helpful YouTube video from AppliancePartsPros, and fixed it myself. It was insanely easy, I’m just a girl and it only took about 15 minutes from start to finish! My washer is now working perfectly, I’m so happy!!

Had the AE6 code on the display with none of the buttons or dial responding to touch and of course the door was locked . Through some videos and a bit of diagnostics traced the problem to this board. A bit of warning though, you may have a sensor taken out with it as well, mine was the motor direction sensor DC31-00098A, but thankfully was only 12 bucks here on Amazon, yeah, another 2 days to get the part but it works now.
