$5 for blinds and $30 for magnets?
These really are just low-budget imported blinds with magnets attached. Those magnets may hold the 25x40 blind to the door, but don't try to pull the cord without putting one hand on the blind header.Fortunately, or not, these come with 3 adhesive thingies that do help keep the blind in place. Sadly, they are very odd in function and appearance...and necessary. As for function, they are not room darkening, nor do they claim to be, but a lot of light passes through the plastic slats and the little gap between each one. Turning full left or right does not completely close the blinds. I can see the outside so I'd not want these where privacy is important. At the end of the day, $20 would be a more appropriate price for this product. Anything more than that is simply too much.Shop around before clicking on this one.

Blinds with magnets
Already broke. Because magnets suck. Every time you pull it down magnets also pull down hence making it fall onto the floor & breaking. Now I have to buy a new shade.

Magnets not very strong
Had to permanently mount the bracket with screws. Magnets wouldn't hold when adjusting.

Poorly made
I gave this a 1 because there is no 0. The brackets holding the ends of the top bar were very loose fitting. Not a deal breaker, but sloppy engineering. Once mounted, we could not raise or lower the blinds more than half way before the tension pulled the entire thing off the door. There were only three magnets holding it to the door - one at either end and one that was to be applied with double-sided adhesive foam directly behind the pull cord. I assume this was to meant to strengthen the bond to the door at the critical spot, which it may have somewhat, but as stated above it was not enough to prevent the unit from falling off the door when trying to raise or lower the blinds. There should have been at least three more magnetic mounts all along the upper unit. I really wanted to return it, but the first time I mounted it and it fell off the door, it was damaged. IMHO, look for something else.

Magnets are not strong
I am a little disappointed on the strength of the magnets. Also the bottom really should have magnets to hold it in place. It moves around a lot when the door opens and closes. It will fall off the door if you pull on string to hard when adjusting the height.
