Worth the price, read the instructions for the spacers.
These arms a pretty great value. They come with stick-on spacers that allow for the arms to connect in a tighter way to the rack. One downside is that no two racks are the same, even two sides of the same rack my be different. So, you need to consider which side you want to use each on, and then stick on the spaces and mark which side the arm belongs. Otherwise, they do tend to have a bit of wiggle room or fit very tight. But these are great for safety bars for heavy squats and even held up very well under a heavy barbell for rack deadlifts (385#).

Good value
Quality build and quiet when placing down weight. 3x3" 5/8" works with the Rogue monster lite rack. Appreciated the rubber spacers to make a more snug fit.

Good for price point.
Fortunately I have a shop and was able to make these useable. Without modifications these will be loose on 3x3 racks.

Exactly as described and work great
Quite happy with this purchase. They work perfectly with the rack I have and now I do not worry so much about being able to get the weight back on the small hooks that came with the rack. I would recommend these for anyone with a rack that they fit.

I bought these because it is supposed to hold at least 500lbs of weight. I rated it 3 stars because it can shake at times on the rack.
