As described, universal part fits most electric cooktops
This replacement part worked great on the Altimo cooker that it was fitted to. The only problem was that the plate that goes under the cooktop that the hot plate is secured to did not have a suitable hole for the electrical connector to fit through and it was necessary for me to cut the hole bigger so that it would work. See pictures. Once the hole on the metal plate was big enough it was easy to secure the burner using the nut and washers that were on the original hot plate. If you need a compatible replacement burner for your cooker, this will do the job.

Substandard replacements
Ring cracked after less than a month of usage, see photo. I'm still waiting for a replacement and this isn't the first time either.
