I have heavy periods and This makes me feel more secure on my period. I use this on the heaviest days underneath my pad and underwear. Its just to prevent spillage on the heavy days. Its decent also for sleeping, I think way less mess happens when i wear it overnight

I'm a big girl (280lbs) so I was skeptical that these would even fit me but I was pleasantly surprised that these fit like a comfortable pair of undies. In fact, it doesn't really feel like I'm wearing anything at all.The material is very soft. Doesn't feel bulky so it's not noticeable when wearing clothing. They also smell good too though the scent can be a little too strong for my personal liking.The coverage is great on these as well. I didn't have any accidents overnight and I sleep crazy 🤣 so I feel like this was a purchase well spent and I will buy these again.

I am an older adult with OAB. My restroom is not close to my bedroom. This product gives me comfort and confidence that I won't have an accident. They are comfortable and stretchy. Feels almost like real underwear. I do wish they were acailable in a different color.

Excellent coverage, comfortable, and great for heavy cycle days. The only downside is it kinda feels like you’re wearing an adult diaper. LOL But I’d gladly take that feeling for the awesome support this provides. Get it! You won’t be disappointed!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this product, especially after feeling embarrassed over buying “diapers”. I have PCOS so I bleed extremely heavy. I’m tired of ruined bed sheets!!These fit like a glove, they’re soft, not itchy, and surprisingly discreet. They fit just like standard underwear with a pad! Super absorbent as advertised.The size is flexible since they’re incredibly stretchy. I wear between a 2-3XL in pants (8-9 in underwear) and I still had room to stretch!The only reason I docked a point was because they seem to be very lightly scented? Maybe that is just me since i’m sensitive to scent. It isn’t unpleasant but i’d prefer if it were unscented like a standard pad.

These are life savers! Heavy heavy periods won't get ya down with these. Very comfy too.

Let me say that these have saved me. I don't worry about night leaks as much as I used to and I don't feel I have to sleep on anything special. They take a min to adjust to, feeling a bit bulky down there, but I'm personally willing to deal with it if it saves me from the embarrassment of tearing sheets off from a mishap. I've spent way more money on bedding in my younger years due to pads not holding up or staying in place or not being long enough or stuff going places you never thought it would.These are comfortable once they stretch to comform to your body. The material is cloth like so it doesn't have that -dare I say it- diaper sound everytime you move. They are comfortable enough to wear through the day, but if you work in an overly hot environment, like I do, you'll find they don't breath. An office environment would probably not be a problem if you chose to do that.Overall, I'm happy with them. Was a little confused when I first started to use them as to what is the back or front, but I honestly think it's made to wear either way. My brain, however, just doesn't want to accept that. So, I assume the front is the side that you would unfold.
