I have enjoyed this massager. I have used it about 4 times since I got it. I enjoy the heat feature, the cordless feature, and the feature where you can change the intensity and mode of the massage. I have to do the lowest intensity and that really helps with my neck and shoulders. I enjoy the handles that you hold on to. The battery so far seems to last great for me.

I just got this shiatsu neck and shoulder massager for pain relief, although it feels a little tight around the neck, it feels amazing in the shoulder area. It hits right where I get that neck and shoulder pain from computer work and looking down. Also, when you wear it with the strap around your upper back, it functions to hold your shoulders back, improving posture and stress on the upper back and neck.

The media could not be loaded. Great neck and shoulders massager. I like the combination of the stronger grab and some more softer squeeze. The mode can be changed, so I usually try all of them in one session. The heat works well, I like to lower the heat by pressing the second button twice. The first button changes the squeeze speed from slow to fast. The third button switches between different modes. It purrs like a cat, but after some use it occasionally makes some squeaky-leather sound, that's why it received one star less. Also, the bottom legs have a harder grip, so I like to use a soft towel underneath. I use the hand loops to move the massager around my back and neck, but I don't use the center strap much. Overall a very pleasant massaging experience. I got it for myself, but my husband uses it too.

This was not intuitive coming out of the box--the straps that go around your arms are sewn on in an odd position (ultimately I ended up not even needing to use them), there is a belt that isn't shown in the diagrams in the manual so I didn't know which side the belt should be on, or how to put it on! Fortunately, I saw others reviewers had the same issue but were happy once they figured it out-- about 10 minutes of frustration later, I finally think I have it on correctly and boy is this thing strong!! 🤯I really like that it is portable so I can wear it while doing other chores (rather than being tethered to one spot). It only runs for 10 minutes but honestly, it's so strong you probably want to take a break between massages! It can run fast or slow, but I like the slow better because it feels deeper on my muscles.It turns on with slow speed and high heat, and then you can adjust those settings as needed. Honestly it was so hot I turned the heat off completely during my first wear, and I usually like heat! 😅It came with the USBC cable but it didn't come with the wall plug, so I have to provide my own brick for it. It had to charge before first use (which is fine but I really like when I can just use things straight away out of the box).This is definitely a niche item (for years I've just used a handheld massager but that puts stress on my hands!) that I'm grateful to have found! I think it'll help a lot with my tension and stress buildup in my neck and shoulders, and now that I've figured out how to wear it, I feel really good about it! I think a lot of people probably get frustrated and return it because they can figure out how to put it on correctly 😅🙏💕Tldr; take the time to get it positioned correctly and it is worth the investment! Maybe they will release one with a longer battery life next? Also, maybe make a video showing how to put this on, to save stress on future customers?

This is a great product! I love the ease of use. The cordless feature is great so I can use it anywhere. This is a very deep massage. I was surprised but it massages very hard and took me a bit to get used to. But it works great. The only thing I would change is better battery life or maybe let it work when plugged in in charging mode. Very good price compared to similar products. No noise and very light.

I seriously love this neck massager. It’s definitely on the stronger side, but in the best way—like a deep tissue massage right where I hold all my tension. I’ve been using a little lotion on my neck before turning it on (not sure if that’s officially recommended, but it works great for me!) and it helps the massager glide better. After a couple weeks of consistent use, my tech neck is basically gone. Total game changer.
