Very nice thermal carafe
Nice looking unit that fits perfectly under my Ninja Dual Brew drip machine. Lightweight and easily keeps my coffee drinkable for a couple of hours, which is just what I needed. I drink coffee black, so have no problems with rinse cleaning, but can see if one used cream & sugar or flavored mixes, the push button top would be difficult to clean, since it does not disassemble. Overall I’m very satisfied with the product and well made

Beautiful, no leaking, sleek design. Love it!
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful gold design, no leaks, and keeps coffee hot all day! Important for a mom who doesn’t get to finish a pot of coffee before it burns on the warmer or before it turns cold! I love the smaller design of this. It looks small but holds about 8 cups. Love it! Looks pretty sitting on my counter, too!

Perfect size for my purpose
Works well for what I wanted. I purchased it to use with my new Ninja Pods & Grounds coffee maker when I want to make more than one serving at a time. It fits under the nozzle with the platform removed and keeps the coffee warm for at least the short time frame of a couple cups of coffee over breakfast.

Adorably cute and functional small carafe to hold your extra cups of coffee
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted a small carafe to take into the bedroom so that it would save me a trip back into the kitchen for a second or third cup while I catch up on emails, etc. I absolutely love this thing and besides, it is so darn cute. It does the job and saves me steps while I recuperate from bursitis in both hips.

Disappointing In Every Way
First, I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find a carafe that was AMERICAN MADE. I even enlisted the (useless) help of customer service chat. What I purchased was one of their recommendations. The first thing I saw when I opened the box was "Made in China." ~ As for performance of the product, I did pre-heat it with hot water. Three hours after putting my coffee in the carafe the coffee may not have been tepid, it surely was NOT hot! And while I accept responsibility for this last piece of disappointment, it is much smaller than I expected. Only holds 2 cups. So 1) made in China, 2) very small, 3) most importantly, didn't even keep my coffee hot. I feel I wasted my money on all counts.

I have iced or hot tea all day
I have to spend most of my day in bed because of disability, and I like to have iced herbal tea to drink. So I got two of these. When I'm downstairs having breakfast, I make extra hot water, and select two kinds of tea for the day. I put two teabags in each carafe, and fill them half full of hot water. By the time I'm ready to go back upstairs, the tea is fully steeped, and I fill them with ice. All day long, cold tea! They're not meant to be dishwasher safe, but I don't stress too much. The lid can come apart and go in the dw once in a while, and other than that, I just rinse the pot, and maybe use my long silicone brush to rinse it out. I'm very happy with these things.

It’s very difficult to clean the top piece
Kept things cold. I used it for half n half. Impossible to clean top piece completely….I tried daily so not like I didn’t clean for days. Ended up tossing it…didn’t work for my purpose

Terrible to clean
It's not as simple as putting it in the dishwasher or just being really good at hand-cleaning. First of all, the actual container has no smooth transition between the insulation inside and the top, so when you go to pour water out, there is a lip that catches water, so you will always have water and or half/half ect left. Can't get my hand in there to clean it out. Leaving it upside down - say in a dishwasher you will collect water in the underside lip of the container. Left it upside down all night to dry and turned it upright next morning to see a small puddle of water collect at the bottom. And then the lid - you would think would be easier. To best explain this, you press the tab on the lid to allow about 3 centimeters of space between the pour of the container and the lid to pour cream out. But then cream (and water) get trapped in that space that you can't clean. And unless the dishwasher can hold that tab down and somehow clean through 3 centimeters of space you will end up with a very smelly container.Other than that, sleek look, functions as advertised.
