My seven year old loves this. After going through a difficult patch at school it has helped her gain confidence in who she is. She understands her thoughts more and we can talk about them and work them out. She did the first five days challenge and has stuck to writing to it ever since.

The most amazing journal for my daughter which not only encourages her to write but gives a great insight into how she sees the world and has a really positive impact on her. I cannot rate it enough. Yes it’s expensive but it’s worth every penny!

I have been completing my own 5 min journal since January and love it. The kids have seen me and wanted to have a go so I was really pleased when this version was released. It’s early days yet and we will see if the habit sticks! I love the opportunity for gratitude and real consideration that this gives them.What I learned today, by my 8 year old- “reluctantly means not really wanting to do something but doing it anyway” do you think he is trying to tell me something?

It would be better if, like the adult version, it included a section for “today would have been even better if...”Still, it’s a nice product and is a worthwhile investment in your child’s personal development.

Amazing concept. I learn so much more about my children by reading what they write in here. It teaches them gratitude which can be developed through this journal. I love it and so do my children.

My daughter was bullied in her school for 18 months . Without tell anyone she was always positive about herself in every way.Once we dealt with the school which is not easy by any means...... this really help her build back some of her self esteem and confidence on reflection and writing bullying should be stamped out this book has help us greatly thank you

Excellent- using it in high school environment to encourage growth mindset

For the price (18.99) I expected better quality. The journal is a lovely idea and is a Birthday gift for my granddaughter, however, the pages are buckled as though the item has been stored in a damp place....I feel I could have gotten better quality for a lower price....if we were able to leave the house !!
