I really enjoyed this book. The title had me at mathematics. Great book to help you through the process of realizing the potential of your mind and putting it to use. It helps you understand the relationship between our stomachs and our mind, self discipline and so much more. My favorite is the practical application guide in every chapter to help you put the principles into practice. I will be gifting this book as we all need inspiration through understanding for a better life.
