Works great!
Works flawlessly with my Lenovo X1 laptop. This low-profile adapter, especially the 90-degree angle gives me no issue when storing it in the laptop bag

Fragile!
This straight pass thru female-to-male USB C adapter lasted less than a month of once per day use, mostly laying flat and undisturbed. At first it began making intermittent connections, then failed completely at the male end. As shown in the photo, the male end is only secured with 2 pins. There doesn't appear to be any adhesive to provide additional support. I realize these are relatively inexpensive adapters, however, they are a waste of money given their short life. I've rated it 2 stars as I've just started to use the 2nd one in the package. If that has a similarly short life, I'll downgrade to 1 star. Not recommend.
