It works...and HOW!
I have been having 'stopped up' ears for quite a while, and lately my stereo has been sounding like crap (well to me anyway). This convinced me that I must have wax plugs, which was confirmed by a doctors visit, who visually inspected my canals and saw they were indeed completely blocked with wax.So I got a referral to an audiologist. But after calling the office three times, leaving messages and still having to response, I took matters into my own hands and ordered this kit.On the first day I followed instructions and left the drops in my canals for 10 minutes per side. But even vigourous lavage failed to dislodge any way.So the following day I then let the drops sit in for 30 minutes per side. This time the irrigation brought out a giant plug from each ear that must be at least 1/2 inch across. My hearing immediately improved and I now find that even background sounds can sound too loud. And crumpling an aluminum can sounded like fire-crackers going off inside my ear.But more importantly, my stereo now sounds effing GREAT. After spending literally thousands of dollars on stereo 'upgrades' in the last couple years that had little to no effect (because my hearing was so impaired) this is the best $10 I have ever spent on audio.

Good product
Works well, though the bulb is a bit clumsy to use. It would be better if the bulb were maybe 20% smaller. Use WARM water and be patient. It takes a while to get the wax softened enough to flush out. It won't happen in five minutes, so don't go blasting it hard into your ear hoping to speed things up.

Mediocre Product - But Does the Job
The bottle when I opened the box had leaked. I still had enough to flush both ears. I worked- but not well. I still have wax issues. However, it’s super easy to use overall. It’s like a large bulb with a few different tips. I should have invested in the spray bottle version that we use on patients at work. It’s cheap- so you get what you pay for.

Do it yourself!!
The box came with a safety seal, which was cool. In the box, you get the bulb syringe with user manual, earwax softening drops, and orange colored irrigation tips in 3 different sizes. I would recommend this kit to do a clean out yourself than having to pay a doctor bill to have a nurse do this for you. It's not hard to use and it is effective, especially with the ear wax softening drops.

Lack the pressure spray of water in ear!?
Did not work due to lack water pressure when squeezed in the ear!
