Tarte Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint (Exposed)

I am a huge fan of Tarte cosmetics, especially their matte lip paints.This color was very pretty and natural.

I got a different color then ordered. A little darked but still like it

The formula is awful and super disappointing. I purchased the color 'Acid Wash' at Sephora or Ulta, not Amazon and it is a beautiful color. The applicator has a nice curve to it for smooth application, but it dries slightly patchy and with any friction at all it begins to crumble off. The photo I added was taken about 20 minutes after drying and from lightly rubbing my pinky on my lips. I made the mistake of wearing this out and was totally iritated. I reapplied several times which caused visible chunky layering ring on my lips while I was out. Trash.

Nearly white/pasty on my lips, not what I was hoping for.

Great price, last me 8-12 hrs at hospital. BUT you MUST moisturize your lips throughout the day 2-3 times @ best. I means it’s called paint/keep it moist lolLip liner + paint + Blistex = Almost all day coverage
