Red Heart Super Saver Yarn, Fair Isle-Flamenco

Great match for my 4 color afghan

i love the different colors.

There was a random pattern but not like faire isle.....had high hopes, but was disappointed.

I knew that my sister was going to give me a new winter coat for my birthday. I didn't know what color it would be. I wanted to update my winter wardrobe by making a new hat and scarf. This yarn fits the bill. It makes a lovely mottled fabric, is machine washable and dryable, and holds its shape. I cast on 48 stitches on size 10 needles, and worked k4 p4 ribbing for the entire length of the scarf. I used two skeins to make a scarf that's just short of six feet. Happy knitting, y'all!

Red heart has always been one of my favorite yarns! The variety of colors that it comes in and it always holds up well to the washing machine!!

I like the yarn such pretty colors. Haven’t put tassels on my scarf yet but can show the pattern. Yarn is not very soft but that really doesn’t matter for a scarf. Thickness is fine. I bought this fairly cheap $6.00 I think, but now quite a bit more. I am a beginner so I really don’t know much about yarn! It was fun to make and I picked easiest pattern! Ha! Ha! I will have enough to make the tassels along with scarf with a little left over!!

Wish the skeins were larger
