Don’t buy this bike at all everything was wonderful at first then then bike stopped working. Went through the company for help they sent me a part that wasn’t the correct one. I was told they didn’t make that system anymore and that all I had to do was break off one connector peg. I did a quick test and it seemed to be working correctly later I went for a normal bike ride and that wasn’t the case the bike struggle to work along with an error code.all their tech did was waste my time with do this and then do that when I said from the start if you don’t deal with that system anymore why didn’t you just send a whole new one. There was no communication issues until I had enough of my time wasted and found that the error code meant motor failure because the part screwed the whole thing and I then asked for a new system is when he didn’t understand me. This bike is cheaply made and overpriced for how cheaply made the system is. Your better off buying a better quality bike. When all it should have been was plug in new part and your good. Instead it’s only gotten worse since listening to the technician.I’ve sent the company a request for a new and upgraded bike and gave the complaint about the tech. We will see if they correct the situation… if so I will update and it will be on the tech and not the company.

Follow up review. We have had this bike for over a year now. We have had a few issues but only one which I would call a manufacturer issue. The thumb throttle broke after about 6 months. But I contacted Geemax through Amazon and they sent a new one out no charge. It was really easy to switch out. No technical knowledge needed at all. The customer service was very responsive and helpful. Second, one of the break handles broke when my son crashed. Once again I contacted the manufacturer and wanted to know where I could purchase a new handle and after a couple questions and some pics they sent me out a new one free of charge. Jack was very helpful and responsive. The bike over all has been great and Geemax customer service has been top notch. Would definitely buy again.

This is probably the worst thing I've ever bought off of Amazon. The seat was missing the bolt, the suspension is cheaply made, and now it won't accelerate. I can't pull out the wires to check them because one end is hardwired into the control box and the other has an adapter to combine all the wires into one. Both too big to pass thru the hole in the frame, oh they forgot the front grommet that protects the wire from the frame. I suggest you buy anything other than Geemax. Oh the the rims are not round. The seams are pointed, making it ride as if the rims are bent. Worst purchase ever. I give it -10 stars, it's unfortunate I have to give them 1 star, cause they shouldn't be in business anymore

This bike is a nice ride. However it was cheaply built. The tires are super thin I got a flat the first ride out , the pedals are made of cheap plastic and touch the ground when I mKe a sharp turn, the headlight drains the battery so fast I'd rather not use it and it was the feature I liked the most about it. It sucks. The battery takes forever to charge, if it even charges at all . And it takes so long to finally get up to speed. Now once it gets up to speed it's a nice smooth ride for sure but it takes a minute to get there also this bike is heavy very heavy and I have a hard time walking it anywhere. I've had two flats already and the brakes speak and the computer piece that turns it on and off broke the first time it fell to the ground cus the kickstand didn't prop it up cus the bike is too heavy for the kickstand it came with.very disappointed🙄

Too easy to fumble through settings and change things… I’ve currently managed to change something and it’s not wanting to move under it’s own power at the moment… just a little more troubleshooting than I care to do.Manual is helpful if you’re minded for such things.Seat isn’t very comfortable, and is a bit short for me, solid bike other than that.

When I got the bike, and I put it together. The motor was working. But, after a few days I went to ride to work, the motor wouldn't work. So, I have to take a day off, and take it to a bike shop and see what was wrong with it. The bike shop said that it was a bad motor and couldn't fix it.
