I took another product by the same company and didn't have this issue at all. But 2 of these for 2-3 days causes severe cramping. I drink over a gallon of water throughout the day so it Wasn't because I was dehydrated. On and off contractions like I was in labor And the explosion that follows was insane. It was a landslide. I'm glad it works but this was not gentle. This is a laxative. Be prepared and try to stay home.

Only take this product if you have no where to go the next day. Truly works but the cramping hurts and you are in the bathroom every 30 min. I had to leave work early because of the cramping
