4.5 stars…These are amazing-2g of net carbs, tons of fiber, No fat and are good tasting! I can see myself eating these during and after Keto! My favorite is the yellow one-peach or mango I think?! Then the green apple. The least desirable one, in my opinion, is the grape flavor-company can def improve on this flavor and aftertaste-but I really can’t complain too much about that or the fact they are pretty pricey! For $20 bucks I think #10/box would be great instead of 6/box…IJS.Another benefit I just thought of is-I get so nervous while on Keto because too much protein can throw you out of ketosis and too often snacks are loaded with protein (like what for?!!) these little babies have no protein, so it’s perfect! I also love the fact that they are vegan because I do not eat pork and too often gelatin ingredients in fruity snacks are made with swine! I can’t wait to try the other vegan products. Big ups to the company for making this niche product!

I usually don’t write many good reviews as everyone has their own opinion. However for them being low sugar it gets the job done. They taste pretty good if you wanna have a guilty pleasure for a sweet without breaking your diet.

I am on a calorie deficit and bought a bag of Haribo Cola gummies last week. I only eat a few a day and thought to see if there were better alternatives for Cola gummies. So I bought these.The nutrition and low sugar is great. The initial Cola flavor is spot on, but the after taste is a little bitter in a way. They're also not so sour. My ideal gummy texture is in Albanese gummies. I find Haribo to be a bit too hard. These Cola gummies have no bounce or chewyness. They're more squishy than gummy. You can't gnaw on them a bit while eating.One thing I'm terrified about though, after having finished 1 pack, are the reviews I didn't see about the gastro issues. I have IBS. Am I doomed? Will post an update review by tomorrow.

I've had a few of the Kiss My Keto candies and most of them are pretty good. I actually prefer them to Smart Sweets. But these gummy fish compared to the Smart Sweet ones are absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even finish a bag. Waste of $20 and they're all getting thrown out. The Sour bears are the best I've had so far, but the watermelon ones aren't terrible either. The berry bite ones are okay, but had one disgusting flavor, which is unfortunately the flavor of these gummy fish. Kind regards, Kiss My Keto".While a partial refund is appreciated since I didn't expect to get anything, it's pretty underwhelming to received a partial refund on a $20 product. Had it been a full refund, I would have just bought another item like the tropical rings to try. After this experience though, I'll never buy Kiss My Keto again. Which is a shame, because some of their products like the sour gummy bears and sour cola bottles are really good. But the lackluster remedy to reach out and waste my time for what I assume is maybe $10, is ridiculous.UPDATE: I was refunded $5.85...laughable.

I have been implementing the Sara Gottfried method via her book, Women, Food and Hormones. I completed about 40 days and was looking to reintroduce some lower-carb versions of the foods I had missed. I came across these gummies and thought I'd give them a try. In a wave of excitement about this "too good to be true" product, I ordered three different flavors, price be damned. When they arrived I tore into them excited to reunite with something sweet. My attempts to keep these new purchases a secret from my two sons failed and they came clamoring in and stole the box of watermelon-flavored confections. I ate one bag and my oldest made it through 1/2 a bag. My youngest read the package and proclaimed that there was no way healthy candy was good and forewent the sampling. My son and I gushed about the delicious sweet treats and told the younger boy he was missing out. We were obsessed but paced ourselves and stuck to one bag. When my son got halfway through the watermelon he rushed to the bathroom and had what he reported to be a number 3. We assumed it was something he ate earlier or the day before and shrugged it off. About an hour after consuming the small pre-portioned bag, I began to release the most horribly smelling gas. I felt fine but I cleared room after room for the remainder of the day. Even the dog would not stay with me. My husband slept in the guest room. I am not typically a very gasy person so this came as a suprise to me and my family. In fact, for a brief while, I was not suspected of generating the toxic fumes but it soon became clear that it was me and I was abandoned for the rest of the day. I supose it was nice having some alone time (something that rarely occurs as a mother), but consumers beware. As a test, last night I ate a bag (which became two bags because they really are quite delicious). When my kids came in to kiss me good night they immediately sounded the alarm and went running from the room. The dog followed and I had the best night's sleep of my life. So yes, these are amazingly delicious. The texture is not the same as typically gummy candy and sticks in your teeth a bit but worth the taste. But the gas is other worldly. As I type this review this morning I am experiencing residual effects that have me thinking I may need to Zoom into work today. My advice, cosume one bag no later than 5 pm and you will have a peaceful evening. Consume two on weekends if you do not have any appointments the next day. I hope my vulnerable admission helps you make the right choice for your body.

If you like super sour, you'll love these like I do. Great lemon taste with a subtle hint of ginger.They were fresh and easy to chew and no aftertaste.

The taste is not natural flavors but it is still enjoyable. They are jelly like candies.

Not too sure if I had a bad batch but there is a weird chemical taste I can’t put my finger on. Wanted to branch out to a cheaper option from the smart gummies but haven’t found anything decent.

These gummies are delicious and the serving size is good. Like all specialty products, they are a bit expensive so they’re a special treat.
