Selling used for used??
We thought when we ordered this that we were getting a new one. The pkg was taped up as if it had been returned before. The item did not work. It looks as if it was defective and sent back out as if new. It's also possible that UPS also did some damage when it delivered to the wrong address and left precariously propped against a fence. Failure all the way around.

Looks brand new
The tv I received was brand new I think because everything was like new even the screen still had the plastic and original box and packaging.My first led tv and I’m so excited ! The picture is amazing.!!

I mostly love my new tv. But for such an expensive tv and sound bar the remote is cheezy and i have to stand right in front of the tv to control the sound. Also would be much better to control both the tv and sound bar with one remote.

Amazing picture clarity
This is hands down the best TV I’ve ever watched and owned. The picture is incredible, the blacks and colors are amazing and crisp. 4K content is absolutely stunning on this tv.

Very dark
I have an older LG OLED TV, a 55” one that I use for my living room, and I like it very much. This one however, is very dark. Even when turned up to full brightness and all the energy saving features disabled, it’s not even bright enough for a dark room. I had assumed that the newer OLEDs would get better over time, but judging by this one I guess they are going backwards.
