Surprisingly good for the price
PROS:* overall build and materials quality higher than expected -- finished unit feels solid and durable.* attractive design and simple, straightforward assembly.* twin shelf + trellis combo = loads of utility that most other planters can't match.CONS:* black finish, while classy, shows every speck of dirt.* bed drainage not the best, empties onto upper shelf. This ended up being perfect for my tiny backyard slab, and much better quality than I expected. The bed and shelves are made of pretty thick steel, and the finish looks baked-on and tough. The finished piece is solid and fairly heavy even when empty. More cheap furniture should be this robust.Assembly was fairly typical for this sort of thing, though I strongly recommend a power or ratchet driver to speed it along. The small hardware bag includes some spares, which is nice when you're as good at dropping things as I am.I love having storage options, so the twin-shelf layout is a huge plus. Not a feature you'll often find in any price range, so having it in something this affordable is worth a star all by itself. The trellis and its hanging pots are nice to have as well, and add a stylish note to an otherwise basic design. My only real complaint is that keeping this thing clean is going to be a headache: that nice black finish gets spotted up pretty quickly, and it remains to be seen how well it weathers the elements over time. I'll also note that the empty unit is not immune to high winds, but hopefully 30 pounds of soil and flowerpots will solve that issue. In all, though, quite satisfied with this purchase. It exceeded my expectations, and that's rare enough these days.

Works for a garden
I love my little gardening station, I needed somewhere to store my clippers and pruners, extra seed packets and miscellaneous gardening supplies. I love having an elevated work station. Nice and sturdy too.

Okay for the price
I have owned it for about a month now and has been holding up pretty good outside. It was not hard to put together with two people. I was disappointed that one of the shelves was broken on the corner. I put it on the bottom. It’s very thin material, so makes it pretty lightweight. The top planter parts. It’s not very deep. But does have a lot of drainage. overall it does the job for what I need it. Took one star off because of the broken shelf.

Don’t bother.
Received damaged but I thought u could make it work. Do not waste your money. I didn’t do my research, the “bed” isn’t deep enough for most plants, even herbs require about 10”-12” soil depth. There’s also no drainage holes which is bad for a raised garden bed. I had it on my patio, that is covered from most elements and it already started to rust, only had it out there for a month. Threw it out yesterday, not even worth keeping.

You’re going to love this planter!
So excited to receive this nice planter. Flat black is a great color instead of green. Instructions could be better however look closely at parts, separating each into groups helps. Watch for the two hole needed to install the lattice on the top. Make sure all screws are tight, your ready to plant your favorite plants,

Don't screw in the pieces tight.
The only instruction is a sheet of paper with pictures and the pictures aren't detailed enough for you to tell the direction in putting it together so there were some parts that I had to take off and turn around and reattach. No labeling on the pieces to coordinate with the "instruction" sheet. The hooks hook on the top and then you can put to bottom of the hook in the planter. There is no instruction or picture for that, but it is easy enough to figure out. All that considered, the planter is smaller than I expected but will work for a salad garden.
