It definitely works the legs, maybe because I’m disabled I don’t have much core strength! But it’s very cheaply made, I’m quite a chunky person and there’s definitely the feeling it could break… I get that it’s a decent price for what it is but it FEELS cheap too… anyway, it is easy to use, you just twist lol, you do get hot while on it!! It’s also kinda noisy too and clunky, you have to balance on it though because you’re prone to spinning round in a circle lol, it’s better than paying for a gym membership though so I’ll keep using it
