Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great birthday present.

I bought this because I wore out my previous version which had a screw on lid. I must have missed the detail that described the lid to this newer version as it's very different. In this new version, it's not a screw off lid. Instead, there are these little indentations on the inside of the cup where you push the lid down and into the little groove then turn it to tighten. This definitely takes some getting used to and can be annoying when you're in a rush. I had a hard time opening it at first and still do on occasion. I love the design of the black leopard though. Just keep in mind that the new version of this mug has a different lid. I personally prefer the screw off lid.

Excellent cup, Keeps coffee hot all day!!

I am new to Brumate and I love them!! I LOVE the print, design and size of the cup. The size of the cup is perfectly in between too small and too large. lol! It is just right. Easy to carry when you have your arms full too.It holds the temperature of what you put inside. It is durable and solid. It is scratch resistant.I drive a compact car and nothing ever fits perfectly in my cup holders. It fits perfectly. The rubber on the bottom keeps it from moving around in any cup holder. My cart at work has a cup holder and it fits that as well and it doesn’t move around in that either.Opening the cup takes some getting used to but it is worth it! It gets easier the more you use it. I use a jar opener cloth to open mine. It literally DOES NOT LEAK!!! I am the queen of spilling things or forgetting that my container is in my bag and finding pools of liquid emptied out.It is dishwasher safe BUT it will alter the pretty color of the rubber. 😭😭😭 So, I highly recommend hand washing.☺️I really love everything about this cup, BRUMATE!! I will be buying more colors and design fur myoand as gifts for my bff and son.I feel like the quality and design of the cup and the fact that not one DROP leaks when it is locked, is worth every penny.You get what you pay for. And I don’t mind paying for quality products that actually do what they’re supposed to do!

The new lid design is terrible. It is uncomfortable to sip from and it pushes down instead of turning and is not secure. The flip top is too secure and hard to open. Overall awful.

1st off… soooo cute!2nd!!! Get a grip! The base grip is a must have for cold weather, protecting your hands!3rd… It’s a Brumate! So you know it’s leak proof, ambidextrous, and your coffee/warm beverage is going to keep its temperature!

This travel mug is perfect in every aspect. It closes securely, it's easy to clean even from milk residue left in it for a while, it's comfortable to drink from, it is easy to close and open, the flap secures when opened and does not hit your nose. As I said, it's perfect for everything I was looking for in it. Oh, yeah, it does not leak in the bag - thanks to a lock feature. It is more expensive than most, but you get what you've paid for. I love that product and the company that went and left no stone unturned in fixing every possible issue with other mugs. A+++! If I could do a 10-star, I would.
