Kotobukiya Marvel Comics Captain America Now! Artfx+ Statue

This is a nicely detailed figure of Cap for the price. This is a model kit but don't be scared off by that as everything is pre-painted. Its snap fit so just fit the arms, legs and head together and its ready to display. This figure comes with a magnetic base. At first I wasn't sure how well they would stand on the base. They stand pretty well on their own. The figure will take some rocking and still remain on the base. However if you have small children you may want to put this out of reach or in a curio cabinet or something. It looks great on a desk. It looks especially great next to Iron Man and will serve as a great pair for the upcoming Cap 3: Civil War.

I actually bought this to repaint it as another version of Cap but once I got it I liked it way to much to mess with it. He's really cool and super well made, I'm actually surprised at how nice he is for such an affordable price. Lot's of great detail and I really like his magnetic base. Easy to put together too. Highly recommend him for anybody who is a fan of Cap and figures.

I was a little hesitant to get this statue just because I prefer my statues to be a single, cold cast porcelain piece but this figure is outstanding. There is very minor assembly required (4 pieces that snap together snugly) and then you are set to display a high quality Cap figure. With the great quality and fantastic price, you really can't go wrong with adding this to your collection. The only downside is now I want to complete the collections with the other statues in this line.

Cap and Spidey keep me company on my desk when I'm working. If I'm feeling down, Cap picks me up right away. He reminds me that at least I don't have a helmet squeezing my brain 24/7. His shield is a little small, though, I think. Maybe it is a cheap European knock off.

Just received this figure today and was a little disappointed at the packaging. Kotobukiya usually give a clear view of the figure for collectors who don't want to open package but can still admire their work. This one come package in a nice box with nice details showing the avengers figure in this line up. Another complaint I have is the lack of detail information on this product not stating that Captain America is a snap fit figure coming in 4 pieces and not a one mold piece statue. Overall I am happy with captain america and kotobukiya still pulled out a amazing figure even though you have minor assembly I just hope in the future they include information on assembly so we know as buyers what to expect.

This is a well-built and impressive-looking model on the shelf. The details are fine and the slightly magnetic feet that attracts to the square base is a nice touch adding extra stability. It requires a little assembly out of the box but nothing difficult to do. Overall it comes pretty much as advertised and in my opinion ranks among the better superhero models of this category.Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a good-sized and not insanely expensive statue, this one fits the bill.Even if the style no longer current as this uniform was used during the Avengers Now! Era, I prefer it to the current Cap Hydra look. You need to put the statue together but is only a few pieces to set it and it looks cool.

Captian America Statue was well crafted and had good body propotions, authentic costume and looked the part. His pose indicated he was ready for action and natural. The colors were vibrant and correct and Just as I have come to expect from Kotobukiya the quality is beyond belief. I really enjoy their Artfx statues both Marvel and Star Wars statues are really good.
