The purchase and receipt went very smoothly. My son was able to ride the bike and loved it. However we received with some issues that have required us to stop using, and the company has been very responsive in working with us to remedy. We received the new parts in <2 weeks ( brake rotor and pedal), and the related problems were resolved. It is frustrating not to have use of a new bike for a few weeks, however the sometimes issues pop up, but in this case the seller handled them very well.Overall the bike was well packed, assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow....make sure to install the proper front axle bolt and have the locking tabs properly inserted in the holes in the fork. Noticed several reviews for wheels falling off, and this could be a factor. The bike performed as advertised, and my son is enjoying it very much.

My 14-year old bought this bike so he could ride to school. It’s bigger than I expected. I thought it was a motorcycle. The tires are fat which would be good if he also went on dirt. He assembled the tires and what we else (I’m not really sure. It was done by the time I got home). It has a bright headlight and small tail light. The bike puts out enough miles per charge and speed for what he is using it for. It’s a good looking bike. He loves it!

Please do not purchase this bike. My 15 year old son had this bike for only a few days when the front wheel came off while riding on paved neighborhood road. He sustained many injuries from the fall off the bike. The wheel was on correctly - it was not an assembly failure. I found out afterwards that someone else in our same town had the exact same thing happen with their teenage son. Please don’t purchase this bike!! And wear full face helmet and other protective gear if you do.

This bike is an incredible value for the price. It performs exceptionally well, boasts impressive speed, and offers a substantial range. My son adores it and uses it daily to commute to and from school, effortlessly covering 25 miles on the highest mode, with the potential for even longer distances at slower speeds.Moreover, the bike’s construction is commendable. The frame is sturdy and well-built, providing excellent support and stability. It generates ample power, reaching a top speed of 33-35 miles per hour, fulfilling all my requirements.In addition to its exceptional performance, the bike comes with excellent customer service, making it a truly worthwhile investment.

Bought this bike 2.5 months ago and it works great. I would recommend this bike to anyone that’s wants a quick long lasting smooth ride ebike! The only complaint I would make would be nicer tires because mine were crooked and would make the bike wobble. This could also be because I drifted the bike a few times. But the quick responding warranty is helping me get the money right back for the tires. Overall this is the best budget bike you can buy and I would highly recommend.

I purchased this e-bike after my 15 year old son did all the research. He compared all the different brands and selected this exact model. It was easy to assemble together and had very clear instructions. The parts are constructed and made well. We did an inspection on it before riding and everything was tighten and put together well. My son has taken this bike over 600 miles so far this summer. I especially like the safety of the retro headlight and the ease of charging the battery. I would highly recommend this bike to any other family.

I have purchased two of these bikes which both work perfectly and have a top speed of about 30. I highly suggest replacing the tires immediately unless you ride on clean pavement. These bikes should have moped rated tires. Rear shock is too stiff for us at 135-155lbs but cheap swap. And the pedals are made of a weird plastic material that breaks quickly(odd because quality pedals are quite cheap) $15 and peace of mind. The value for the money is here 100%. But if you're going to charge offroad at 30mph or alongside cars on the road you may want to consider some safety upgrades(tires/pedals). I will say, however, the hydraulic brakes work excellent on my bikes and are suitable for the bike.
