Hitch rack.
Really easy to assemble, not to heavy. The only dislike is that there is alot of play in the receiver hitch. It could stand to be a little tighter, but I added shims to fix this issue.

Very Cheap and Unsafe! DO NOT BUY!!!!
I have used this 3 times and carried about 100 pounds. A small generator and a propane tank. The slats are pulling away from the frame. Very cheap!!! Do not recommend this product! I feel it is unsafe as my items could have fallen through the broken slats and exploded n the freeway.
