A Must Buy
This pan is heavy and using it the past few weeks it has performed better than expected. It hasn't warped like so many of the others I have purchased that are made in other countries. I use this pan every day. It is easy to clean as well. The heat distribution is good. The pan is made in America which equates to quality. Buying American is a priority with me when I can find the item I am looking for.It is more expensive than the cheap Chinese made pans but I don't expect to replace it every six months like I have done in the past with other manufacturers that are made in other countries.

Extremely Disappointed
I feel like I’m missing something with these pans. They started out great, as any new product does. But within the first two months, the ceramic started chipping, within three months food started sticking to the pan despite fat/oil, and now they are essentially unusable. I can’t cook anything without it getting completely adhered to the pans. And to clarify, we always hand wash and dry - they have never been in a dishwasher. I’m so extremely disappointed considering the outrageous price. Did I just get defective pans? I’m at a loss.

Great ceramic pan!
I recently purchased this ceramic pan and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice. The first time I used the pan, I was amazed at how evenly it heated up. I made scrambled eggs, and they cooked perfectly without sticking to the surface at all! Cleanup was a breeze—just a quick wipe with a sponge, and it looked as good as new. This non-stick feature has truly elevated my cooking experience.I love that this ceramic pan is free from harmful chemicals often found in traditional non-stick coatings, making it a healthier option for my family. It’s also surprisingly lightweight, which makes it easy to handle, even when it’s full.I've since used it daily and each time, the results have been fantastic. The heat distribution is excellent, and I can confidently say this pan has become a staple in my kitchen.Overall, I highly recommend this ceramic pan to anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and health-conscious cooking solution.

Great with your induction!
I super resisted spending this much for a 3-piece non-stick skillet set, but can honestly report that the Made In set was worth every cent. These days I only cook with induction, and I cook a LOT, so I need cookware that’s up to the task.I use high-quality stainless steel for pots, but prefer a more exclusively non-stick surface for skillets. These look amazing, the stay-cool handles feel wonderful in your hand, with a very comfortable grip that doesn’t turn or slip. They practically clean themselves; cleaning is so easy you could essentially just wipe with a paper towel. Take heed of the instructions for never putting on heat without a little oil or butter first, and there should be no chance of warp. Adhere to using only silicone utensils and you’ll never scratch the surface. You can FEEL the quality. I like that they’re U.S. made if that’s important to you.I’ve purchased Ninja non-stick skillet sets previously, as well as some others, and there’s truly no comparison. I’m never going to worry about the ceramic-clad surface degrading and allowing harmful chemicals into my food. I don’t cook with super-high heat’s—I use my cast iron skillets for that—so I’m hopeful this set may last my lifetime.

Good performer
Very nice. Mine came with a small chip in the non-stick coating but it is otherwise a well performing pan.

Bring up the heat gradually and no metal tools
I love this frying pan, it is real quality! It has a nice heft to it and is still light enough for my wife to use. Most of all, I like that you use low temperatures when cooking. I have been trying to teach my wife that for years and, because she likes this pan, she is willing to take care of it. It has improved her cooking skills and made her careful to preserve her tools. I have to say that I ordered the bronze and received the silver but, I later ordered the other two sizes in bronze and got them. I also bought the silicon protectors. I am very happy, my wife is happy. A true win-win!

Made In nonstick isn't very nonstick.
I hate writing negative reviews. That said, I feel obliged to warn others away from this cookware. We stayed at an AirBNB that had no-name ceramic cookware. Food cooked in the pans slid out by magic. My wife told me to get some of this stuff for home.We have mostly high-end All Clad cookware. I didn't want to buy some cheap crap to hang out with our American-made luxury pans. All Clad doesn't make ceramic, so I bought a Made In skillet. This is the least nonstick of all the nonstick pans I've owned over thirty years. The only way to cook an omelet is to absolutely hose down the pan with nonstick spray and to cook over low heat. Otherwise the eggs stick immediately. I use mostly silicon and wood implements. Using a metal spatula even once will cause multiple chips to the nonstick surface.I reluctantly conclude that the whole Made In enterprise is a strategy to sell lousy cookware using a compelling marketing story, not actually a new high-quality cookware line. Look elsewhere.

Ceramic chipping after only two months
We had it just two months and the ceramic started chipping. Amazon said no return after 30 days and made in said no return after 45 days. We only hand wash it and only cook eggs in it. Also use silicone utensils. Buy at your own risk! I will never buy another Made In product
