Works great! Good for the price.

Resets on its own repeatedly.
Decent little unit. No frills just straight forward. Decent design and construction. And... then the battery compartment likes to just pop open a little. This resets all settings. Repeatedly. On two different units.

Great pedometer for a modest price
It works very well. I mentally counted steps on several trips and compared my personal count to that of the pedometer, and there was good conformity. One person said that the step count reset to 0 spontaneously. After having that happen to me I realized it was user error. The reset button is on the top of the unit and, while handling it, I inadvertently pressed the reset button. The solution?...Handle it by the flat sides, to avoid the top/bottom of the unit. Once I realized this, it has never occurred again. I keep it on a lanyard, attached to a belt loop, in the watch pocket of my jeans and I get great results. I wish it would automatically reset at midnight, but that's a matter of mental discipline, and there is another version which does so. Bottom line: well worth the price (I use it as a pocket watch also, to make sure to make my bus connections).

Easy to use and easy to read
I bought a smartwatch for my father-in-law in hopes of motivating him to be more active. However, he doesn't wear it as it's a bit difficult for him to understand the technology, and he also prefers his regular watch. I bought this pedometer because it would clip on his pocket and the screen is easy to read. Best of all, there is no learning curve as he just needs to wear it.Since he got this, he has been walking more trying to exceed his daily steps goal. He can also easily look at the screen and know exactly how many steps he has taken.

Very Nice!
Very nice for the price. Seems to be accurate so far. It's small and attractive. Haven't had it for long so I can't comment on anything long-term but so far, so good.

Fails, not worth the expense
It has many smart features, but one huge problem: pressing the pin to remove it from the body, clears all information. It was a bit frustrating after keeping it the whole day, looking at the screen back to zero. We tried it a couple times, thinking it was something we were doing, but it is the equipment. It can record date, time and steps; it is light and small. It is really perfect if it could keep the information.

A very attractive pedometer with a clock.
I purchased this digital pedometer for myself. It has the features for which I was looking. It has large display numerals for steps and a smaller display for the current time. The handy lanyard and clip were a definite bonus. Overall, it is a very well designed and attractive device. The time is easy to set. The steps reset is easy to use.Unfortunately, I started having problems right away. I blamed myself because the pedometer would randomly reset itself to zero. I thought I was accidentally crushing the reset button which was clipped to the edge of my pants pocket. It turned out to be the heavy-duty plastic clip. When I pressed the clip to attach it to the edge of my pocket, it would sometimes flex the thin plastic back of the unit and break contact with the battery. I placed a small piece of cardboard between the battery and the back of the case and threw away the pocket clip.I like the pedometer, and I am still using it daily.I like the lanyard and spring clip included. I attach the lanyard to my belt or belt loop and clip the pedometer to the inside edge of my pocket.I like the size and the display. The LCD display is large and easy to read and also displays the time. I picked this pedometer because it also had a clock and was the same price as pedometers w/o a clock. There are only two buttons. One sets the time, the other resets the step counter. It does not have a stopwatch function.
