I purchased these arch support inserts and my feet thank me. The pain of walking is so much better. I recommend these arch supports for their comfort and stability.

Ankle pain is GONE, completely gone, within hours of inserting this into my shoe. A total godsend!! I needed to trim the toe on the insert (women's size 7 - 7 1/2 (9.45") so the arch support would sit in just the right place, but that was easy. I just placed my foot on the insert and drew a pencil line around my toes, then cut it. That made it so I could slide the insert all the forward in my shoe. Took just a few seconds. This product is worth every dime! I even ordered two more sets so I can put them in my other shoes. BRILLIANT!

It’s hard to find good / high arch support. These are good. Also they are perfect size. Not too small so no sliding around. Didn’t even need to trim down.

I ordered these orthotics for my son who has flat feet.He's in constant pain on his right foot & ankle. He's been using the orthotics in his sneakers while walking around his college campus. He says the orthotics don't eliminate the pain completely, it does give him moments of comforts.He puts the orthotics in all his sneakers & shoes.

This orthotic was recommended to me by my orthopedic surgeon. I have bunions that have developed over the years (I'm 75). Doc explained that those bunions are causing my gait to be unsteady and bad for my entire body. They have an arch support that really lifts firmly. I've been wearing them for about two weeks...too soon to notice any changes. I also will be needing knee replacement at some point and this could help to keep my body (and knee) aligned.

My feet and ankles suddenly started hurting... A lot, especially my left ankle and foot. I do lots of walking with my dog, but out of the blue, I started having issues. I have had flat feet all of my life, but have never had much of a problem with ankle or foot pain. I went to the doctor, they took x-rays, and even though my feet were already as flat as flat could be, it seems as though the arch on my left foot has "inverted"?!! The arch actually slopes downward, toward the floor, and is causing the bones in my feet to be misaligned. Of course, there is only so far the arch can slope toward the floor, so while standing in it, it actually has made the arch bow outward, as in there is an outward bulge on the inside arch of my foot. It is very hard to explain, but when I hear the doctor say "surgery" aling with "fusing the bones and rebuilding the foot completely", I freaked out. My dad had to have vertebrae bin his back fused, and I don't know that it did more harm than good... So all I knew at that point was, I have to try something else before I ever think about that, ND will likely get a second opinion. In the mean time, I knew I needed better arch supports and started searching. I found these, and for the first several weeks it helped immensely (it took a few days for my feet to adjust to having something pushing upward on my non existent arches). However, these aren't collapse proof, so the arch support has collapsed quite a bit from when I first got them. Of course, when you have feet that are as flat as mine, if it isn't super stiff and is somewhat flexible, that is what happens. I will likely need something more orthopedic... Something specifically made for my type of feet, but I was happy to have something that helped out for a while. If you just need a little support for your arches, not something that will help correctt them, I would suggest trying these.

I got these and compared them to my custom ones that cost about 15 times as much and it looks exactly the same shape and even quality. I would definitely buy these again. They work great and are really comfortable.

Depuis des années me tenir debout pendant des heures à piétiner dans mon atelier ou autre c'était l'assurance de douleurs insupportables. Après avoir vu podologues, posturologues et autres spécialistes qui m'ont fait faire des semelles à 150 euros avec même des "bidules" magnétiques ou bi-metal et autres pseudo technologies, qui n'ont rien résolu, pour 10 fois moins cher ces semelles ont presque réglé le problème! "Presque" car 20 années de douleurs quasi chroniques ne disparaissent pas du jour au lendemain, mais c'est le jour et la nuit ! Quel soulagement et dès le premier jour! Je peux enfin rester debout sans avoir l'impression d'avoir la plante des pieds en feu que ce soit en chaussure de ville ou en portant des chaussures de chantier. J'ai peut être de la chance mais pour moi ça fonctionne ! Du coup j'en ai acheté un nouveau plusieurs. J'avoue que quand je les ai sortis de l'emballage et que j'ai vu leur côté rigide, fin au niveau des orteils et très cambré au milieu du pied j'étais dubitatif mais finalement c'est nickel et très confortable. J'imagine que pour certains c'est peu être trop dur au début mais vraiment je m'y suis fait très très vite. si cela peut aider...
