If you like or need egg protein, this is the easiest way to get it (inluding using the real egg).
IF YOU believe the label, and I do, this is just egg whites. I mean, you don't have to crack the eggs, you just spoon this stuff into your smoothy, your banana sauce, your real scrambled eggs, your diet ice cream and ice and root beer, and not have to worry about calories too much or about egg-carried bacteria or microbes (they've got to be killed in the "powdering" process, right? Spit! I'd put it in gravy, put it in French Toast, put it in whipped cream, .... just be careful not to blend it with things that have too many calories or you'll be gaining, not losing.

I received both packages open and cannot return them
Very frustrated. While it looks like the seals are intact, the lid can open and both packages are open. I cannot get a refund.
