Samsung QLED 43 inch Smart TV
Bought this QLED 43 inch TV by Samsung. It is a wonderful TV. Only complaint was it comes with a remote that has no numbers on it. So I bought a Samsung compatible remote with the numbers extra.The picture on this TV is very beautiful and it is a smart TV which has the Samsung channels extra that key into a Wi-Fi system. Mu husband & I are very pleased with this purchase. No problems in setting it up. We run it on a indoor antenae for local channels which we get 25 channels, I have a Roku set up which has a lot of free channels. Also have Prime Video from Amazon & You Tube set up along with purchased Netflix.

Great Picture!
It's only been a few days, but this tv is great! It's a 2024 version of the same brand in 2018, which didn't have nearly the quality of picture or sound that this one has. We can hear this one all around the room which was a pleasant surprise!All of the Samsung tv's have had terrible remotes, too large and too sleek in design causing it to fall all the time. This remote is so tiny, one can hardly see the symbols and it's soooo easy to lose!! However, it works and we'll learn to be more careful and we are so happy with this Samsung tv, remote and all!! A note: when it was first hooked up, the picture was a little fuzzy and we couldn't read the tv guide on-screen well. When we turned it on the next day, it was perfect and so clear! Maybe it had to go through updates or whatever to match up with Comcast but, it is so good now.

Great TV!
It's been over 10 years since I had to buy a new TV so I'm kind of awestruck in the advancements they've made. My old TV was a Samsung and lasted a long time so I went with them again. Great picture, easy set up and excellent audio. I use an OTA antenna for my local stations and I'm amazed at how much better those are and for what I watch with streaming apps, the quality is incredible. Great purchase!

THE PICTURE WAS GOOD FOR ENTRY LEVEL QLED. EASY TO NAVIGATE WITH REMOTE. I WISH THE SOUND WAS ALOT BETTER, IT SOUNDS MUFFLED.

Terrific
Replaced my 13 year old 40' Samsung plasma.Looks really good.I do not like no way to enter channels on the simplified remote.No battery replacement is nice but not even a selling pointI did not notice only 2 HDMI. Had to buy a splitter with remote for wireless cable, blu ray and separate over the air DVR

This model is most disappointing
We bought this TV to replace a 10 year old Samsung that was a great TV. This model not so much, it is beyond disappointing. The picture is just average, the sound is below average and the tiny solar powered remote is horrible. This TV will absolutely not turn off, you have to pair the remote before you try to turn it off each time and it normally takes 3 tries to get it to turn off. The instructions state you can turn it off at the bottom right side of the TV screen. Well, that doesn’t work either as the TV turns off then right back on as it does with the remote. We are planning on sending it back!Update: Unfortunately the Service Quick technicians, who were great guys, did not fix our TV (that would not turn off without unplugging it) on August 2, 2024. After they left our house that day TV still would not turn off with the remote or at the TV. A Samsung supervisor (Janie) called me on August 8, 2024, and told me the Service Quick Technicians would be at our house on 8/12/24 for yet another service call. During the conversation Janie said she believed we needed to remove the ROKU box from the TV to get it to turn off. She was correct! As a result, I called Samsung on August 9, 2024, to cancel the service appointment and was asked if I needed anything else. I said "yes can you help me with the ROKU Box Problem". I was then transferred to Technical Support and THANKFULLY spoke to Scarlette, who asked permission to take control of our TV remotely. 10 minutes later, thanks to Scarlette’s efforts, the TV would turn off with the ROKU Box still in use! Thank you Janie and Scarlette!I also need to add that in addition to fixing the ROKU problem Scarlina adjusted the picture settings on our new TV and the picture is now fantastic.**LESSONS LEARNED: Amazon was of no help in this entire two week process, stating we bought The Samsung QN65Q60D 65” TV from a third party vendor and the best Amazon could do for us was to file a claim for us. (We have the Amazon ad for this TV and it states our TV was bought and delivered from the Amazon Store). ** No more major purchases from Amazon.As part of the Amazon purchase for this new TV we bought the 3 year warranty from Asurion. They were no help and specialized in apologizing for all the stress and inconvenience we suffered with this TV not turning off. Asurion finally stated that their warranty was not valid because our TV was defective from the factory, before we took delivery. ** No more warranty purchases from this company.

Premium Picture Quality
This is a replacement of my +/- 10 year old Samsung LED TV. I was surprised with this modern QLED picture quality yet the cost wasn't breaking the bank. I like its HDMI eARC to match with the I/O AV signal of my receiver/amplifier. Along with it I also bought from Amazon a swinging wall mounted bracket. The TV isn't heavy and I installed it by myself. I am familiar with the Samsung TV control so a quick playing around with it I was able to download the apps that I needed... I am happy with it...
