Not happy
Machine ran good for 5 times then started leaking water badly..company refunded our money but WE had to pay $200 to ship it back to them and they refused to reimburse us for that expense..the machine was $224 with a delivery fee of $80...when they should have paid to ship it back because it was defective.

Malfunctioning & Seller Refused to Pay Postage
Received this item as a birthday gift and was great the first 5 times I used it. However when loading it for the 6th load it leaked water all over my countertop and floor. We contacted seller and was told it was a sensor even though it was leaking from the bottom of unit. Eventually they agreed to refund our money but we had to ship the unit back at our expense which totally $200. The unit didn’t cost that much. They are now refusing to reimburse for return shipping.
