Seems to really help with quick thinking. We work long hours with our business and tired just seems to happen. I started taking Lyons Mane first and after about two weeks I found I was not forgetting to complete things, thinking clear and remembering more on the to do list. I have been using this product for a few months and it has become a must-have in our household. Improves mental clarity and helps add a little pep in you step.
