Orca's generation S-series speed suit continues its evolution with the S5. While retaining many of the great features of the S4, the new S5 introduces a 5mm front panel from neck to mid-leg, increasing flexibility and buoyancy. The removal of a front seam ensures that it's the most flexible wetsuit to date in this range. Like its predecessor, the S5 promises hydrodynamics, flexibility, buoyancy and durability. Its full neoprene coverage includes SCS coated 3-4 mm Yamamoto 39-cell neoprene across the full front. 2 mm Yamamoto 39-cell coated neoprene underarm and shoulder panels provides superb range of motion. The back is made of 3 mm Smooth Skin neoprene, offering buoyancy and thermal protection. Silicone-print Hydrostroke forearm catch panels increase power through the stroke, while Speed Transition calf panels make transitions a cinch.

Nice Wetsuit!
Great fit, and easy to get on and off. I've been a pool swimmer for a long time and had some bad experiences with ill fitting wetsuits in the past. This one fit like a glove, I felt warm in the open ocean, great upper body mobility for a nice long stroke, and absolutely no neck rashes afterwards (I do use glide). The fit guide on the Orca website was on target. I'm 5'4" 120 pounds and the small fit perfectly. Looking forward to getting out in the open water more often!

Easy to put on and definitely easier to take off
Fits right. Easy to put on and definitely easier to take off. I like the design and how it feels. Kept me warm in the temperature water 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Felt fluid in the open water once I got in. Recommend this suit. I wore a size small and I'm 5'2", 116 lbs and chest 31-32.

I do not like this purchase. I could not zip it once I got it on. If I could find my billing receipt I would return it.

Disappointed
I love this wet suit but recently took it to Lanzarote and unfortunately it just started to tear on very little pressure. I have emailed the supplier twice who have never ever got back to me. I have fixed it with Black Witch but am so disappointed that I now have big tears in the thighs where I pulled it up. I have always looked after it as it was my pride and joy.

This was to replace my ORCA S3 a little tight at neck but with adjustment can be made comfortable for swimming, goes on really easily feels flexible and comfortable, defiantly not as snug as S£ or a struggle to get on which was a worry but is not letting in water. Very quick to get off. Promised increased speed and I took 2 minutes of my 1 km lake lap time despite it being windy and very non-choppy and pb conditions!!
