Honestly ever since I got it this I've been enjoying my vr gaming a lot more constantly moving and hitting my walls or other stuff is now in the past

This treadmill is a huge disappointment. It drains the VR headset battery so fast that you’re forced to play while charging. Mine is Oculus Quest 2, which is terrible for battery life. The headset also overheats quickly, making long sessions uncomfortable and even unsafe. On top of that, not all games are compatible, and here’s the worst part—games already track movement using the joystick, so the treadmill does absolutely NOTHING! You still end up using the joystick for most actions. For this price, it’s a complete rip-off. Save your money!

I’ve had mine for 3 months now. Can not for the life of me figure out how to connect the quest 2 and the treadmill together. Now I hate tech and am an impatient person, so that don’t help. But I got a hell of an expensive dust collector at the moment. Putting it together wasn’t to bad at all. So that’s a plus.

full emersion. basically not really move-able once set up unless you have sliders or sometbing but it really only takes up as much space as your arm span while playing and about 3ft diameter when not. . it's the most versital and most comfortable vr treadmill and works will all vr locomotion games amoung the competitions. Excellent work outsome people have trouble getting it to work. it's a little tricky at first but once you get it right it's awesome. here are some steps to make sure it works right. doing the steps out of order will cause it not to be recognized.first. make sure all the sensors are set up and the current firmware is installed. *check the gateway software*if you have a quest then all you need is steam vr and steam link not the nexus.to get it to work correctly you need to first open steam and the kat gateway software.then wake the C2 up by pressing the button on the backplate of the treadmill where you strap in and shake the shoes around.then open steam vr make sure the kat walk symbol is lit up.then last, open the game you want to play.recalibrate your center in steam vr and then calibrate in the gate way software...new update for gateway 2.7 is easy to set up new games.if you have a quest and are using steam link open steam link after you open steam vr (watch videos online to connect your quest to steam vr and steam link. for the first time.

It was shipped in separate boxes, and I'm still missing some stuff. The first said march then april 7 and now april 11 is the cut off.

I bought one prior to them being sold on Amazon. It is a bit finicky and takes a bit of experimenting to get the settings just right but once you have it set up it adds a whole new level of immersion to your games. Amazing product. It’s very sturdily built. I’m a big boy outside of the suggested size range so don’t let that stop you. It’s also a great workout. I can’t recommend it enough if you have the space and don’t mind the set up to get it perfect.

After ordering, I contacted KAT VR about a concern, and they not only answered my concern but threw an "extra" in for me, for free. Nice to know old fashioned great customer service is not dead!
