First unit received had a bad battery. 2nd unit (replacement) was defective upon arrival.
First unit only lasted a few weeks. The internal battery expanded while it was plugged into a wall socket and cracked the casing. Luckily it was within the return period. I orderred a replacement unit and the 2nd one was defective upon arrival. The flash light wouldn't come on. After several tries it finally came on but wouldn't shut off. Had to return 2nd on too. I give up!

It's pretty great, love the built in wireless charger and flashlight
This charger is great and pretty much does it all, though it does have some design elements I don't love.First of all, I love the wireless charger built into the side of it. It will charge my headphones, or my Samsung S21 just by laying them on the side of the charger. It's a bit slower than using the cable, a little over 3 hours to charge my S21 fully, but still is really convenient. It won't charge my Samsung watch, but I didn't really expect that to work. The flashlight is really nice to use in an emergency or in a hotel room. I left it on for about 3 hours and it didn't get hot at all, and the battery reported no loss in power so it doesn't appear to pull much energy from the battery. It will charge my phone pretty fast (~2hours) using either the built in cables, or by plugging my own cable into it, though my phone doesn't consistently report that it's fast charging, which it normally would. Two things I don't love are the way the built in cables are designed to stick out, I really don't need a handle to hold onto my charger and would prefer they folded into the case and didn't stick out. Also, when the charger is plugged into a wall outlet, the USB ports and power meter are on the bottom of the charger, which means you can't see them, which seems like a bad design choice. Also, it's a bit slow to re-charge from the wall plug which I don't fully understand. This thing really does do a lot, and overall I really like it despite some design choices I think could be better, and I wish it was just a touch smaller.

Convenient packaging of cords and direct plug-in for charging, but capacity is unimpressive.
This battery pack includes thoughtful features, including charging by USB, USB type C, or direct 120V plug-in. Output to your device is by short integrated cables, both USB type C and Apple Lightning. Charge state is shown on a small digital window which may be difficult to see if the battery is plugged into a wall socket. The AC plug is not polarized and only two-prong, so there’s broad compatibility… but the weight of the battery can make plug-in a little tenuous. A little flip-up light is a nice touch; helpful for digging through a bag or glove box at night.Battery capacity is a little disappointing for what is advertised as a 10,000 mAh unit. I tested this on an older iPad Pro 9.7”, starting at 3% charge on the iPad and 100% on the Power Bank. The iPad was not used during charging. After 30 minutes: iPad @ 32%, Power Bank @ 80%. After 60 minutes: iPad @ 54%, Power Bank @ 59%. At 90 minutes: iPad @ 78%, Power Bank @ 32%. After 2 hours: iPad @ 89%, Power Bank @ 20%. Finally, after 2 hr 30 min, the iPad reached full charge and the Power Bank was at 3%. This test implies that the actual capacity of this battery pack may be closer to that of the iPad itself, which is about 7500 mAh. That said, this is a very useful backup power unit for traveling. No extra cables necessary!

It's Okay, But I Hate the Wire Loops
As to the basic functions of this power bank, it does work. It holds around 10,000mAh of charge. It charges directly from an outlet without a block, which is nice. The built in light is a bonus. I can leave it on when it is charging, giving me a nice glow for when I am in a strange hotel room and need a little bit of light to see at night. Now for the problems and my recommendation for an alternative:I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max so I used the built in usb-c plug to charge my phone. While it did charge, I was disappointed with the speed of the charge. It was much slower than I expected. It was closer to when I use a MagSafe wireless charger than when I use wired connections with other power banks.I found the loop for the 2 wires, together with the belt/clip to be a pain to manage. I pull out one wire, and the clip that holds the two wires together slips along partially across both wires and partially along the one wire I am pulling to use. So in order to get the wire back in and have a reasonable loop and not a mess of wires of different lengths, I have to slip the clip along to get it 'just right'. I really shouldn't have to work that hard.Plus I fear that the loop, effectively exposed wires, will eventually break when it is banged around in my bag. The wires are not so well coated/protected that it will withstand the eventual yanks and tugs, particularly where the wires meet the usb-c and lightening plugs.I also have the VRURC Portable Charger Built-in Cables and AC Wall Plug, USB C Power Bank. It has the convenience of the built in wall plug, the same capacity, but the 3 (not 2 plugs) slide into the side of the power bank so no wires or plugs are exposed.
