This chair originally was for my wife who has a lot of back pain, and it didn't suit her well. My wife is taller than I am so I can see why it didn't work for her. She had initiated a return, as I was out of state.Customer service immediately reached out to us to see what we could do to resolve the issue. We decided to hold off for a couple days for a refund till I got home. Once I got home and saw the chair, I tried out the chair, really liked the chair. It fit me perfectly, its firm, and has a soft velvety cover. I really like how far back it reclines, and the massage feature I enjoy that, and I especially like the fact that it rocks and does swivel around.We decided to keep the chair and canceled the refund as we had stellar customer service, and I got a bonus new chair. We also got their chair cover as well and it fits perfect and best part it appears to repel cat hair from the seat cover. This company customer service is outstanding, which is unheard of these days, fast response, willing to work with you and I highly recommend this company.

A little extra patience was required there, but nothing overly problematic.However, the comfort and features of the chair more than compensate for this minor assembly hiccup. I want to emphasize that the product description accurately stated the color as pale grey, or grey, and my chair perfectly matches that description. Perhaps some lighting differences in photos or individual monitor settings might account for the variations reported by other customers.In conclusion, I am exceptionally pleased with my purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend this chair to anyone seeking a comfortable, feature-rich, and stylish addition to their home or office. This was a "hope it's decent since I couldn't sit in it" purchase and it turned out great! The material is super soft, the chair feels a bit stiff in the cushioning but that actually works out because I think it will last and it doesn't feel stiff when you're trying to be comfortable and laying there for awhile. The "massage" feature is a bit loud, but you can feel it and the heat is great, not too hot, but also not too little. The ONLY thing that I have noticed is, and maybe it's because I'm 6 ft, the head rest area is great when sitting up, but in a recline position there's no support to keep your head up a little if you're trying to look at a TV or something in front of you. I remedy this by just having a pillow to put under my head, but I thought I'd mention it. I definitely fit the chair (I can fit myself and my kids no problem (the seat is extra wide)! Worth it.

Huge chair. Not real happy with the back cushion as it is still angled somewhat back, not straight up and down but overall very comfortable chair with smooth quiet operation. Unsure about longevity.

I wish I could not give a star at all. This chair broke (stopped reclining) 30 days after I purchased and they refused to help me or make it right. I’m stuck with a broke chair that will not recline. Lesson learned not to buy a $600 chair on Amazon or whatever chair company this is!

This Recliner has everything one would want in a comfy soft place to sit. The fabric is soft and I would say 'fluffy.' I got the grey one, it's lovely. It gives you a massage with heat in the lumbar region. The auto buttons on the side are wonderful, as on other recliners I had trouble pulling the handle up as it was very hard for me to do. Now I push a button and it smoothly takes me to the position I want. It has a large pocket on either side, so I won't lose the remote on this one. I highly recommend this chair, it was priced very fairly to others that I looked at. It's wide enough for me and my two little dogs to snuggle down in great comfort, they like to lay on the arms of the chair. I especially like the back of the chair as it isn't over stuffed like some are, It cradles my head just right, doesn't keep it pushed forward at a uncomfortable angle. It also has USB port on the right hand side which is very handy to have. I believe there is one for your phone also. I'm very happy with this chair and I'm sure you will be too.

Great customer care center. They responded quickly and was able to help me solve the problem I had in a just a few minutes. The chair is great! I love every bit of it. It is very soft and large. It will be even better in the winter as the material is like a cozy blanket.
