Great for 5 minutes..
Most awful waste of money I have ever experienced. When I purchased I was so excited and all was well until a few months in when the cover started to crack inside. The company replaced this well and good, however, the same happened to the next one.. 11 months in to owning the spa the heater element broke. I sent this to be fixed. A long process with much arguing where they tried to put off collecting and expecting me to fix or pay. They eventually collect, delay on the fixing process taking a month and when returned the product is still broken.. however they now refuse to fix it as it’s out of its warranty. Despite them having it before and not fixing it.. wish I had gone for a better known brand

Broken after 1 week
I have had this hot tub for just one week and now there is no power to the control panel. The company don't have a phone number and they are only contactable by email with a 48 hour response. This is not good enough, I've only used it twice!

Do not buy this hot tub!!!!
This hot tub is a complete waste of money, save your money and buy one of the other well known brands.I bought this hot tub after thorough research it was rated very highly on a lot of online reviews, completely not accurate.The first one we were sent was broken so we sent it back and it was replaced. After owning this hot tub for 6 months+ my conclusion is that it burns through filters and will cost you a fortune to keep it running, it is now broken again and can’t be bothered to send it back. I am just going to buy a lazy spa. Have had friends buy one and they say they are brilliant

The integrated heater and pump along with the attractive layout of the control panel sets this hot tub out in front of the others.

Great Product!
Had been looking for a Inflatable Hot Tub for a couple of months. This product appeared in the search one day , read the reviews and thought why not! Superb quality , quick delivery , easy set up and perfect for what we need and at a fraction of the price! #summerfun
