Have had this one year now and still working well. Had another one looked just like it but different brand and did not work after changed batteries the first time. This one is great. It does start to slow down as battery runs out but once you change the batteries it works full speed again.

I reached out to the company and they replaced it immediately after some brief trouble-shooting, no questions asked. Received the new frother 4 days later.
