I usually wait several months before writing a review so that I have a good understanding of the product and how it works for me. I am on my second bottle of this supplement and so far I really feel that it has improved my overall strength, activity tolerance well-being And health. I used one month supply and felt much stronger and then went three weeks without using it and I actually began feeling less energetic and less strong I was surprised! So I went back to taking it and within 3 to 4 weeks I started feeling stronger and healthier mentally and physically. I highly recommend that anyone give this a try.
