I understand the need of cost savings but having a product with no packaging is annoying. The product was sent in a travel case (good thing) but without cardboard packaging the case arrived scratched up (a bad thing) and with UPC code that is difficult to remove (another bad thing... the case is all sticky from the UPC residue)The product itself is great, it works a promised.David Susilo of David Susilo Uncensored review blog.

Great charger. I've tested the with the multimeter and the voltage and amperage is bang-on. great buy.

Not sure what the warranty of 24 Months means. My unit worked for less than three months.
