I didn’t have trim these at all which was nice. I could feel the immediate difference when walking at work. The first day adjustment did make my feet hurt a bit but that was not the case after. I have only used these for a week. So far they have been nice. The arch support is great and my feet don’t hurt or feel as “tired” I also don’t feel pain in my feet this week. Installation in the shoe was quick and easy. Worth the cost to invest in relief!

As someone with plantar fasciitis and a 6 ft active body... I have to say I like these so far. I have them in my working/riding boots where I usually feel the most pain/discomfort from my long days.But I've worn them twice so far for 8 hr + days and have had remarkably non aching feet of the severe variety. They're by no means miracle workers. But they have made wearing my boots 60 to 75% more bearable. If youre at your witts end to try to find comfort I definitely suggest at least trying these.The 3 stars is a pending rating ONLY because I'm wonder how long g they will actually last. As an insert you have to replace every 4 months that's $35 adds up quickly over just a few years time and you may as well get real orthotics. But I'll update when I've had them a few months.

This product has definitely improved my posture and the arch in my foot whenever I walk. For tall people it helps alleviate foot pain. I feel more comfortable after days of walking long and there is not lingering pain the next morning. The product has causal odor absorption but nothing out of the usual, just take care of your foot coverings and foot health. The quality of the product is decent as well, it just does the job well, and the cushioning height of the product makes your shoe have a more snug fit, this is something you may be wary about depending on the looseness of the shoe.
