Got this as a last mile tool. I travel for work and my work truck has samsera and Mobil eye so driving it on errands is a nuisance. So I got this to ride while at hotels during week to grab drinks or food. I ended up using it more to just go and explode and have fun. This bike is amazing. For the price on speed 3 it flies. I’m 185lbs and this bike using pedal assist can go up way steeper hills than I expected. Used it yesterday all day on and off. Went about 25 miles and it still had half battery life. Pretty amazing.Buying one for my wife as well. Worth every penny.

We’ve had the Rakowe electric bike for about five months now, and it’s been a good experience. My son uses it every day, often riding with his friends, and the bike has held up well. The quality has been solid, even with the frequent use.Rakowe’s communication has also been great—they’re responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, I’d recommend Rakowe if you’re looking for a reliable electric bike, especially for kids who will really put it to use. It’s been a dependable choice for our son.

Nice looking eBike. Arrived one day earlier than estimation. It took me awhile to complete the assembly. There is a good assembly guide, but the pictures are in low resolution and small, so, in some steps, it were difficult to follow. I had to refer back to YouTube, with little success. But I finished it eventually.Now, come to power up the bike. The power key would not turn....cannot start the bike??!!.... Checked YouTube, but no help. I guessed I have to contact the seller to see if he could help. Will update once I received the answer from the seller. Wish me luckFound out that I did not need to use the start/stop key. I could enable (Turn ON/OFF) the electric bike by the remote control came with the eBike. The remote controller also activates/deactivates the alarm and also turn ON/OFF the electric motor.The 3 riding modes did not work very well. Mode 1 should be for pedaling, but it skep kicking in the electric motor as in Mode #2. Mode #3 is for full eBike.Beside those minor issues listed above, the bike filled solid. I like it so far, but I would consider it as a pure eBike. You could not use it to exercise as it electric motor kept kicking in.

They advertised max speed 28 to 32 mph. It doesn't even go 20 mph. With no weight at all with back tire off the ground it shows to go 25mph.I had a bike that went 20mph and when I received this bike, I sold my old one. I bought this bike so I could go faster and now I'm stuck with a slower bike.I have sent an email to the company that sales the bike and they will not respond

Nice bike, a little hard to assemble directions were not that clear the brakes squeak a lot trying to work on fixing that. Overall works OK.P

Purchased for my sister and simply put, she LOVES it. Works as expected and even a bit better. Nice e-bike.
