This rating will vary depending on what you wish to utilize this product for, I will do my best to explain specifics below. 1st here are the exact system specs in case you were wondering:Intel Icore I-7 2860QM CPU @ 2.50 GHz (8 CPUs)32GB RAMIntel HD Graphics 3000It works great for surfing the net or watching videos online, or playing many older video games but I have noticed significant issues with lag when playing MOBA games like League of Legends or Heros of the Storm. I would not have expected that on a system with these specifications. Of course with all of the features and equipment this laptop has it is large and somewhat heavy. Though the keyboard has a bluetooth indicator light I have not yet found anything that shows that the laptop itself has the capability or hardware for bluetooth. The final downfall is the hard disk size which is only 224 GB.On the plus side related to the RAM GB for GB you cant find a more inexpensive laptop on the Amazon market, trust me I have tried for months. There were other unexpected benefits as well, for example mine came with a Smart Card reader, and fingerprint reader that were not included in the product description.Overall I feel like this is an excellent laptop for the money especially if you aren't planning on doing a lot of high end gaming. If you are I would choose a model with a better graphics card.

Ok, this machine is beyond expectation. I'm using it for very heavy computing workload. It basically runs 24/7 and it just delivered the beast performance.Good thing:1. the CPU is actually i7 2860 qm, which is slightly better than the 2820 qm it advertises.2. The screen is not ips but it is great looking! Wow, this is far better than the other shabby TN panels. The view angles is the best I've seen in non-ips screens.3. 32 GB memory + SSD means this computer will never freeze by whatever thing you throw to it to run.4. The sound is actually pretty loud.5. The keyboard has very long travel. I like typing on this keyboard.

Very powerful work station. I make videos and creative media items and this is perfect for my main machine. Video/pictures/monitor clear & crisp. Processor fast as fast can be. Keyboard is back lit on mine but may not be for every one offered so ask if you want that. The keys respond beautifully. I'm extremely happy with the seller.Had to load drivers and programs & it works perfectly. Power cord adapter is the heaviest weight I've ever had on a computer & that was different. Not something to carry all over the place due to weight, but it works great for moving around desk to desk areas.

I bought this based on specs. Idk if its the computer or the internet connection that I tether through my phone that gives me troubles. chances are it's my connection, but I still can't get windows 10 on it after a lot of troubleshooting and guidance so 4 stars seems fair. It does everything I need it to do and its a really solidly built computer.

This computer is everything I needed and fit my budget. The seller was easy to work with and supplied me with a replacement battery when the one that originally came with the computer was bad. I'm really enjoying the portability and power of the laptop. It makes my work more pleasant.
