These work amazing ! My boyfriend has nice sweats almost every night he gives off so much body heat and is always sweaty in the middle of the night. I will say these have helped so much. Love how soft, silky and cool to the face these are. They are also nice because I have long layers and have no frizz in the morning. They was up nice, too. Put them in a low dryer and the coolness even comes back.

OOOHHHH MMMMYYYY GOOOODDDDDDDDD! I am an extremely hot sleeper... like in the buff, no sheet no cover nothing and im still hot. Plus, I work outside in the south georgia humidity and I work nights...so sleeping during the day is gonna make me sleep my soul to pay the light bill. I had to do something. So....I did my research and got a a cooling blnket and this pillow case and s new pillow. Holy crap. I must have died when i went to sleep. No sweat, not warm... perfect sleep. I love these pillow cases! They are cool to the touch and do not snag the way satin pillowcases do. I also like the zipper closure. I've purchased these sets for all my kids, as well as my husband and I. Even if you aren't a hot sleeper, they're just so smooth and comfortable to lay on. They wash up very well also. Highly recommended!

Very soft and the green color is very pretty. I would say the pillow covers are very cool but not ice cold. In my experience, nothing stays cold for very long when you are laying against it. It does beat a normal pillow cover in that is is very cool and soft!

Oh my I was quite surprised how soft and cool this pillow case kept my hot flashes away. It really works!! If you suffer with hot flashes in your sleep. Believe me try this pillow it's worth the money, and especially allows you to sleep without the night sweats!! My pillow case is no longer wet and sweaty!! I wake up with a "COOL HEAD"!!! I followed the instructions washed them, I didn't put them in the dry, I let them air dry. I even purchased a blue pair for my husband and he love, love, love his pillow!!

They feel good. Good material. But they are only cool for a second. The longer you lay on them the coolness goes away. I get night sweats so I try to find anything I can that will help me stay cool at night. But I still got sweaty with these pillow cases. But they are cool at first touch.
