This is the perfect travel mug to take on the go. It keeps my drinks at the right temperature and it is made out of durable materials. This is a great option for an on the go commuter who wants to keep their sweet tea iced cold or their coffee nice and hot. I had the previous model of the nanook and I am pleased to see that the lid has changed to being leak proof. I love the new design! Also, as someone who is environmentally minded, the fact that the brand is environmentally conscious was a big draw for me as a consumer. I highly recommend this product!

I LOVE this cup! Hot or cold, it outlasts the top brand names in this type of product. I really like the shape, the straw is AWESOME, and the straw cleaner was a nice surprise that I’m even using on other dishes (I wish I had this cleaning device 5 years ago).Great product and i would highly recommend for yourself and or for gifts. I was so happy with the quality for the price, too!

I would have given it five stars for its functionality and quality, however two of the mugs that I purchased had caps that were difficult to clean under the sliding cap and ultimately snapped off not allowing it to be put back on. The latest version that I had to purchase it seems as though they changed the cap model and it works phenomenally. Otherwise everything with this mug is Perfect! It keeps everything I’ve cold, the ice does not melt into your drink for at least 15 hours so every sip tastes as great as the first. The straws are easy to clean and even come with a brush.

The mug keeps things hot or cold forever!! The issue I have is with the lid. The very first time I cleaned the lid, the slider snapped on one half. I bought this cup specifically to keep from spilling things everywhere and with that functionality gone I could use any other tumbler with the same results.

Cup is awesome!!! Use it at work everyday. Keeps my drinks nice and cold even when I get back to the office the next day. Highly recommend for the price and quality

I bought 2 of these and both lids broke within 2 weeks.

I bought two of these. One works perfect. Keeps the water cold and the ice took forever to melt. The other one. Well the tumbler sweats the ice melts and the warm is cool.

I am in love with these mugs. I can't attest for the time hot things stay hot because I have only used it for ice water at this point but as far as keeping water cold, these cups do exactly what they say they do. At work, I fill the mug with ice (to the top) and water at 7 AM in the morning, then refill it with water several times during the day, leave at 3:30 PM and when I get back to work at 7 AM the next morning, there is still ice in my cup. I also love the fact that it comes with a straw cleaning brush. Drinking from a steel straw was a little weird at first but I got used to it fairly quickly.
